Excellent job by the team, moved to them after 6 weeks of failure from a competitor and David and Marcus turned it round. with their wealth of knowledge of the local area Sold our property a very good price within weeks.
Very professional and very approachable- would certainly use them again for either selling or letting a property!

An absolutely fantastic service once again delivered by Marcus and the team. In what was a complicated sale, Marcus really pulled things along to ensure that the sale was completed being of great help to both myself and the buyer. Without Marcus, I suspect the sale may have fallen through and his diligent professional approach prevented that. I would engage with Bushnell Porter again in the future and have no doubt of their ability provide the best possible service.

I’ve recently had an offer accepted on a property not listed by Bushnell Porter, but would like to say how impressed I was with Bushnell Porter Bordon’s David Holloway, who was helping me look for a home within their locality, and with everyone I spoke to in their office. Emails and phone calls were dealt with in a speedy manner by friendly, professional, cheerful and welcoming staff members all round.
When David eventually showed me three properties after a postponement by me which he’d taken entirely in his stride, we met at the first property then drove to the second and third with him leading the way in his car, me following in mine. He conducted this so smoothly it felt almost as if I were being securely towed. Stress free. I was astonished by the extent of his local knowledge both of the properties and their histories and of the area generally.
David Holloway seemed to be motivated by more than just the necessities of his job, in which he was competently effective, but above and beyond that, keen to help match the house hunter to where they might best feel, and most be, at home. Whilst also putting forward the needs and requirements of the vendor.
If I were considering either buying, or selling, in the future, I would definitely approach Bushnell Porter as a top option.

Marcus and his team at Bushnell Porter have been exceptional in selling my home and helping me acquire a new home in difficult circumstances. I had purchased my home in this area many years ago; originally through Bushnell Porter and had asked Marcus for advice on a couple of occasions whilst we resided there.
So, when it came to selling the house, he was an obvious candidate but being fiscally aware, I asked a number of local, national and internet estate agents to provide valuations and their associated costs to sell. Without being too disparaging and going into detail, the majority of candidates were rather underwhelming.
I chose Marcus based on a number of considerations……well established, independent and local; an impressive detailed market knowledge, his obvious motivation, honesty and integrity in his valuation; whilst his pragmatic approach, reasoning and ability to justify his opinions were plausible, realistic and accurate. Besides, he was the most competitive…….
We marketed our house and in a seller’s market; it attracted a lot of interest and sold to a reliable purchaser. The timescales involved were very tight to move quickly and accordingly save money on stamp duty tax relief. However, Marcus being “streetwise” offered timely, pragmatic advice that I followed and acted upon immediately; whilst he liaised, cajoled and coordinated with solicitors, searches and other estate agents to facilitate the move within the time frame. I firmly believe that his experience and instinct in these matters were critical. His direct involvement ensured we saw the transactions pass within the short time frame and consequently save money on unnecessary tax. His determination and drive are admirable.
On the other hand, procuring a property was far more challenging. Without doubt, Marcus and his team showed great empathy, care and understanding and amazingly they found me a property, that had at one time seemed unlikely. Indeed, his ability to negotiate and liaise are exemplary and I would have no hesitation to recommend his estate agency, Bushnell Porter, should you think of selling or purchasing a property in this area.
I cannot fault Bushnell Porter with their help and their reassuring advice and they have been prompt and thorough in all my dealings with them. No overpromising, no wild claims, just honest, friendly and compassionate care at an excellent price.
I’ve moved a few times. They are the best estate agency I have had to deal with.

Selling a property can be stressful and painful enough, but having a good Estate Agent is a huge help. Both Marcus and David were invaluable throughout our sale and purchase. Due to various reasons beyond both our and Bushnell’s control our sale took almost a year to complete. Within that time we lost two purchases due to gazumping by other estate agents and also lost a buyer, but Marcus and David kept with us throughout. They were both incredibly supportive both of us and our eventual buyer, who was willing to persist with us to the end and eventually get the house she wanted. Bushnell’s understanding of the local area was invaluable and helped us finally get the house we now live in.
Would I recommend Bushnell Porter? Absolutely, and without hesitation. Would I use Bushnell Porter again? Most certainly.

Waste of time dealing wit h as their customer service is non existent. No reply to emails or chats posted on their website. Best steer clear of their products.
