From viewing in 2018 to moving out in 2025/26, Andersons were a fantastic estate agent over the nearly 8 years we rented through them.

Inspections were easy, contractors were polite and we got plenty of notice, and updates always came quickly. Justin was always quick to sort out any maintenance issues we had and was quick to chase the building managing company if anything was taking too long.

We would highly recommend them!

I have recently sold my buy to let property which has been managed by Anderson's for the past 15 years. During that time they have provided an excellent service from finding the tenant, renewing the tenancy and dealing with any problems which have arisen. Maintenance issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently and I have been kept updated with lettings regulation changes and any action needed to be taken. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a company to take the headache out of managing a buy to let property.

After 10 years renting through Anderson’s, I can confidently say they are one of the best agencies around. We very rarely leave reviews but we had an outstanding experience with Anderson’s as landlords in letting our house. Anderson’s were brilliant in helping us prepare the property for letting, facilitating visits by tradesmen but also able to suggest high quality businesses when we were not sure where to turn. Communication was of a very high standard - prompt and always friendly. We had a very poor experience with the previous agency we tried and so were doubly appreciative. Being as good as Anderson’s is not easy and we recommend them highly.

On the rare occasions something went wrong at the property, we always had a speedy solution. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient and very good at what they do. A special shout out to Justin - we spoke to him most and he really excelled.
