Outstanding service
From the first contact with Sunny at Business Fly, we have been very impressed with the quality and speed of service he has provided. Despite going to a huge amount of effort to organise a complicated trip which consequently had to be abandoned due to difficulty in obtaining travel insurance due to health issues, he was very happy to help us again once we had found an alternative insurance option with a revised itinerary.
Always gracious, extremely polite and very professional. This gave us great confidence in booking an extensive itinerary with him.
We would definitely recommend Sunny and Business Fly to get great value business class fares and first class service.

Was looking for best price business class seats Man-Mel, contacted BF and was dealt with by an extremely helpful Sunny.
Was sceptical as to how they could offer such savings as always booked direct with airline before, however Sunny totally reassured me and didn’t disappoint.
E tickets arrived a few hours after making the payment,
Sunny so helpful and prompt at replying all calls, messages and emails
Will 100% use BF again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to anyone looking to book flights, travel in future.
