BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Booked tickets to Miami back in Oct '25, paying a deposit for a party of 4. The balance was due in early Feb '26 with their email in Oct stating that if balance was not paid by 10/2/26 then booking would be automatically cancelled. Emailed the company at beginning of Feb in order to settle the outstanding balance when our troubles began. As per other reviews we were unable to contact them via any of their channels. By phone we appeared to be in a queue when we would suddenly get a message saying 'sorry we missed your call and leave a message on voicemail'. On being forwarded to voicemail got a message saying 'mailbox full'. Online chat, WhatsApp etc. were equally as hopeless with the company simply not responding. This went on for days and was extremely stressful not knowing where we stood. We discovered that this company is an agent for a larger organization called 'Faremine' and contacted them as we felt they had a duty of care for how their agents treated customers. Whilst not accepting any responsibility, they did apparently email Sky Experts as we suddenly had a WhatsApp message promising a call, which never came. We did, however, get an email asking for the balance. By this time all trust was lost and we would certainly not trust that paying more money would get us any tickets and so had to book elsewhere, at a cost, as flights had now gone up significantly. I can only reiterate, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The company is a scam and are terrible at communicating stay clear as you will not be able to guarantee that you will receive your flight tickets after paying for a ticket. If there are slight hick ups or changes. The company will delay providing you with information so that you can’t make an informed decision. My holiday was booked for January and I was unable to travel due to my flight ticket being cancelled the day before. I was informed I would be provided a refund but again I have been ignored like the other cases on here. Please do not book with them and use travel agencies that are legitimate. There is only one person who runs their What’s app chat. They do not respond on there either, so there is no possible way of contacting anyone. If you have been scammed by them or have not received a refund. Please take legal actions only, go to the police, report to action fraud and raise your claims with the CCA.

Booked a flight via the website, recieved a confirmation email to say that the booking was in process.
Waited a week, chased up and started phoning.
After 3 weeks of phoning and emails, still recieved nothing.
Waste of time and now they have my credit card details, so that's ideal.
Left a one star review and they reported me to trustpilot!! Ridiculous.

I am writing to formally request a full refund of £800 for tickets I paid for but never received.
Despite completing payment, no tickets were issued, and repeated attempts to contact your company by phone and other means have been unsuccessful. As a result, I have reported this matter to the police, who are now investigating the transaction.
As the service paid for was not provided, I am requesting an immediate refund of the full amount (£800). If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will continue to pursue recovery through all available legal and financial channels.
Please confirm how and when this refund will be processed.

Initial phone call was very involved, establishing the criteria for the booking and specific dates/times/flights to fit in with plans. Appreciated the care and patience shown. Suitable flights found and booked, deposit taken and next steps explained.
Reason for 4 and not 5 stars - response time for receiving confirmation details didn't meet the target given to me. I was needing reassurance this was a bonafide company and booking, and I hadn't been scammed!
E-tickets came through 4 days after the payment had been made, but I'd been told 48hrs. If response times were improved I would give 5 stars!

Purchased a ticket to the Caribbean for £789 in June 2025. I did not receive the ticket. Spoke to the bank who only refund £100pounds. Sky Experts went back and took the £100pound from my account. No customers service, no response for my query or complaint .

I don't know about these reviews, but I am currently not having a good experience with Sky experts. I picked them because of these reviews here, booked a flight with them, trust them so much and even made half of the payment. But it's one week to my travelling, and no one is speaking with me, not replying to my messages or emails, and when they finally did, they said it would be resolved in a few hours, but it wasn't...It's killing me because I actually jumped on them to avoid these headaches. Even now, I am still stuck... poor communication, no assurance, no proactive communication. I was literally running after them for the last payment; they did not even bother to remind me. The entire process is chaotic and unassuring
