I have used Brussels at Attleborough for a number of years now to service my car always found them excellent. This time when I went a Ford Explorer EV car took my eye . I asked to look at it and found it was for sale. Went back had a very informative test drive with John and decided to buy. All paper work done with ease. I picked my new car one week later. John was very thorough and took his time with me to explain various things and answering my questions . John rang me a few days later and asked how I was getting on we had a very pleasant chat I found my experience more than satisfactory and would not hesitate to go back.

We first met Jon and Steve at the Ernest Doe Show early February 2026. We've been reading up and following the Ineos Grenadier for a long time now. We are original Defender owners. The Grenadier really got our attention.
Jon took us both out on a test drive whilst at the show. We then visited the showroom in Attleborough a few weeks later. To see so many different models of Grenadiers on arrival was great, and encouraging. We spent several hours talking, looking and test driving the different models. Jon was very friendly, helpful and there was no sales pressure at any time which we liked. Once we decided on the Black Edition, Jon set the wheels in motion. He would telephone to keep us updated, deal with our enquiries, and would email details through as and when needed. We picked up our brand new Black Edition on Friday. Despite being very busy when we arrived Jon apologized as he was helping another customer but then he gave us his undivided attention going through the papers, looking over the car, advising what to do, and setting things up.
The Black Edition just ticked all the boxes for us.
The ride home back to Essex was great. The car drove lovely, was comfortable, quiet and turned a few heads when we got back to our village.
We found the whole experience of buying our new car great. Jon was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient without putting any pressure on us.

I recently visited Busseys at Attleborough to view the Ineos Grenadier. There were several models on display and after speaking with Jon I was able to test drive two models - the commercial two seater and a 5 seater station wagon. Steve let me drive from the garage on his test route then my wife and I test drove the vehicles ourselves . I have to say the staff were amazing , the way it should be - no pressure selling . I went away thanking Jon and now pondering what to do , I’ve been a landrover man for over 50 years The grenadier ticks most of the boxes 👍Bob Cave

Steve Gregory and the rest of the team made the whole experience the smoothest car buying experience I've had to date , No complaints at all and would make the 800 mile round trip journey again based on how easy and friendly the service was from start to finish

Our experience of buying our Ford kuga from Attenborough was brilliant, not only did Jon go the extra mile to find us exactly the model we wanted but he took every opportunity to help us with the transaction .Today on hand over he explained and demonstrated how all the tech worked We cannot thank the team at Busseys enough especially Jon !

Got figures on contract to buy totally wrong, I ended up having to do them myself and tell THEM what I should be paying. There were three columns on the sheet and one even had a different incorrect number at the bottom. Totall for got the deposit I had paid and totally forgot I had already paid to have the vehicle taxed.

They replied to my message saying they were sorry for my poor experience and it had been passed on to management who would contact me to discuss this.

A month and a half later, I'm still waiting. But there again, they've got my many thousands of pounds now, haven't they so their interest in me is nil.

Only gave one star because it's not possible to give zero stars.

The whole team at Bussey's Attleborough were fantastic.The front team and the mechanics, all really friendly and know their stuff. Jon was very helpful and patient, showing us and explaining the differences in all the models. Excellent service, not hard pushy selling.

They "don't trust people on the phone"..... Not the sort of business I want to deal with. In the process of trying to buy an Ineos Grenadier, I was told that the first to put a deposit down will secure the car and the other interested party was going to sleep on it overnight. I asked what the best price they would do is - I agreed their proposed number and said I would pay a deposit. The sales person said they would check their suggested price with "management" and call me back in 5-10. Nothing. Called them. Nothing. Email.... and I get a paragraph back explaining someone has just come back from a test drive and they are with them at the moment... which raised suspicions because who types out a few lines of email while they are with a customer? Then 1.5 hrs after saying I would buy the car, they call saying the other customer has bought the car. Although not stated, I believe they used the time to call the other customer, to bid up the price (without offering me the option of upping my price), or simply selling it to them at the price I was given (although they said they paid the full price - but who knows with these guys?!). And the reason.... "management much prefers people who come into the showroom because they don't trust people on the phone as they are more likely to back out even when they pay a deposit". Which is an issue for anyone in the south east (my nearest dealer is a 3.5 hr round trip - Busseys was my next closest at 4.5hs), and throughout the country, who wants to buy an Ineos, given the scarcity of dealers. So you have been warned about these guys. Sneaky dealings . And you are a second class citizen if you can not present yourself in person. I offered them the opportunity to respond to my concerns last week, before posting this review. They said "management" would reply on Monday. I sit here Wednesday afternoon with no response from "management".

The story has a happy ending for me - I have bought a better car from another dealer in my perfect spec, who by contrast, has been an absolute delight to deal with (and who's "management" do not have trust issues!).

Great service provided by Jon! This is my second vehicle pick up via Jon and all handled in a professional and very friendly manner, making the experience fun and informative. Thanks for the help once again!

Despite challenges outside of Busseys control, the customer service received was exemplary during the collection of our INEOS Grenadier.

I picked up my Grenadier from them and received absolutely stellar service. It was pouring down rain, so the vehicle handover took place inside the showroom with a thorough introduction to the car and then a quick test drive to help me get familiar with the vehicle. Everything from a video from Simon to show me my car before it went into the prep shop to get the registration put on to the help from Jon in what every button did, it shows that you can't find better service.

This how garages use to be in my opinion, they collect your car , fix it and give it a wash and return it . Great job , very pleasant drivers and hope to be able to use them in the future.

Just picked up my Ineos Fieldmaster from Simon and John—massive thanks to both of them for the top-notch service! I had some specific timing requirements and they delivered perfectly. I found the car I wanted at a price I could accept. I was impressed at the directness and helpfulness and straightforward communication and flexibility, esp. about things like trade in options. So overall an approachable service that met my needs well.

All I can say is after a disappointing morning trying to view a yeti, and being let down by another show room.
I ended up at Busseys, Attleborough, we rung on route, and when arrive, car was out ready to be test driven. There was things that we need to check, and this was done,
Once I decided I was going to have the car, and I wanted to take that day, (as I lived down in Essex) the salesman (Jon) made it happen, lots of phone calls, to members of staff to check things.
