The personalised diary ordered as a gift for a friend who loves good quality stationery feels cheap and poorly made.
Unfortunately it can't be returned as it's personalised and it's unsuitable to give it as a gift; I am now sourcing an alternative.
Avoid using this company. Ordered 4 items, they arrived on time - but in dreadful condition. Soaking wet, torn and broken. They weren’t packaged appropriately. Despite paying extra for postage. The refund process is not easy to navigate and it’s costly - despite faulty items being delivered. Would not recommend. Real shame as I’ve had a BusyB calendar for the last 2 years and have always liked them. But will not order from them again.

The pages are so thin, I wouldn’t waste your money. Papier is far better quality. This is like tracing paper
I had an issue with a damaged order. Once I contacted the company directly they went above and beyond to arrange a new product to rectify the issue very quickly. They sent this via Royal Mail and packaged it twice as securely. I felt like my concerns were thoroughly listened to and I received my new item in less than 24 hours. Nadia who contacted via email did a great job. So thank you to you and your team. Will be ordered more items in the coming months. Due to the quality of the products.

Having paid for delivery, the item was not suitable. I then paid for return. When I received my refund, the company had deducted another amount for return! Very poor customer service; in effect, I paid 3 times for postage.
I ordered some items and chose to pay extra for the Royal Mail 24 hour delivery service. The items were not even dispatched until the 2nd/3rd working day and didn’t arrive until the 4th working day. After taking account of weekends and a bank holiday, the items took 7 days to arrive. BusyB have said they won’t refund postage because apparently this an acceptable timescale. Terrible customer service.
I love Busy B products. I have been buying the diaries and calendars for years, and wouldn't buy from anywhere else. I have also got a couple of my friends totally hooked too! Great quality, perfect for family life, and always a lovely company to deal with :)
Ordered 4 items. 15% discount code faulty so used a 5% discount code. Informed them immediately in hope they could remedy. They point out the obvious.... that I can't use 2 codes. No acknowledgement for the fact the initial code and image showing faulty code alert meant I took a lesser discount.... bought 4 items .... no details of delivery date but an email to register to an account to track!? More log in more passwords...... this is why customers prefer amazon than dealing with small businesses....its a real shame. Not received item yet... hope it was worth it

I love their products, but I’ve decided I don’t like them, so will have to consider further purchases, in future.
My complaint is a small one, compared to others regarding delivery which seems to be their nemesis.
I lost my (Busy B) diary and needed another desperately as I was getting into a pickle.
I ordered direct as they had a 1-2 working day delivery through Royal Mail, which I had to pay extra for!
Royal Mail emailed me and stated a delivery date of 8th July - 2 working days post order.
It came a day late, but before that it seemed to be stuck in Edinburgh. I emailed Busy B asking what I should do as there had been no RM updates. The diary arrived and only a day late.
And this is my issue - I was told that the 9th was within the 2day time ´ frame. They can’t count!
Obviously, RM can count and didn’t agree with them which is why they gave me a delivery day of the 8th - the second working day.
What annoyed me was the attitude of Busy B customer service. And that is why I will look for another diary in future.
As it turned out, the diary was very plain, unlike my others from them. And I don’t like it. 🤷♀️ But it will bridge the gap.

When the pen loop on my second diary broke, customer service was prompt, polite and problem sorted - sending me a self adhesive pen loop and a straightforward apology. Result: one happy customer. Wish more companies were like this!

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a diary that I had only been using for a month or so, so I got in touch with Busy B. I received a super-quick reply, and 2 working days later a replacement diary arrived at my house.
