I have made several online orders, I love the fun product and the quality is great. They are my go to for gifts and cards. Customer services were super helpful and quick to reply when I contacted them.
I really love my products, I purchased the borg cross-body bag and a few other items. The quality is really great, there are really useful design features that aren't common around this price point, like the sturdy structure, durable zips, lots of hidden pockets. Plus being borg, it's really cosy! The inner lining is great, I actually spilt a bottle of water inside it and I managed to pour it out without the product soaking up loads of water. Great stuff!
Fabulous service with classy expertise
Bought a load of wrapping paper and its al super glued together so Its impossible to get into the roll without ripping it shreds. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Caroline Gardner say kindness is at the essence of everything they do and I really believe this. I managed to send them a return by mistake and Connie went out of her way to contact me and help me get my parcel to the right place. I must also highlight the most beautiful leopard glasses case which I purchased that came beautifully wrapped and brings a smile to my face everytime I get it out from my bag. I highly recommend Caroline Gardner for not only their beautiful products but excellent customer service ✨

I explained that the lettering on a personalised wash bag is obscured by the pattern. They were not interested in or understanding of the issue
I bought a couple of presents and birthday cards from their website a couple of weeks ago and changed my mind of one of them after placing the order. Customer services were amazingly helpful and I absolutely love the gifts, it's just a shame I have to give them away!
I bought a bottle from here it was faulty and I can’t tell you how rude they are. Honestly there are far nicer brands who are decent and customer service centric. Avoid horrible people
My wife bought an address book from Caroline Gardner but unfortunately it sustained a little damage in transit. This was her first purchase from them and, as it was intended as a gift, she contacted Caroline Gardner who replied back straight away and resolved the issue to my wife's 100% satisfaction.Their customer service couldn't be friendlier or more professional, and we heartily recommend them. Their prices are very competitive, their range impressive and my wife has already bought more products from them!
