Ok this was a hard one for me. The product was easy to order and was shipped very quickly in fact it arrived in my country in little over a week that's when things took a turn it cleared customs and then stayed in transit for over 2 weeks.
That is the down side but here is the positive I emailed buytofix and they could not have been nicer over the course of the 2 weeks reassuring me that my product was not lost but just delayed . I emailed them 3 times and each time they sent a long reply assuring me my product would come. It did eventually come and was exactly what I ordered in perfect condition.

Item arrived on time. Was as advertised.

The product is fine but the delivery took a while. The packaging was excellent.

Required a fridge light for a Haier.
First time using this company, easy site to navigate type in with make and model and up came what I needed. Quick delivery light fitted and working perfectly.

Had the part I needed at a good price.
Shipping was quickly sent after purchasing and tracking worked well.
Prob. 1 week from order to delivery.

Fast delivery, perfect product as described

They were the only company with a genuine battery for my mobile phone. The battery came quickly and at all stages I got an update email and also the tracking was great. The battery itself is good and saved me buying a new phone! Very impressed by this company and will use them again.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Buy2fix. My experience has been weeks of excuses, delays, and zero accountability. I ordered parts that were never properly delivered, provided proof, screenshots, conversations with the courier, and even video evidence, yet Buy2fix continued to send the same generic “we are investigating” responses over and over again.

The courier themselves stated the package was being returned to the seller, and I repeatedly requested either a replacement shipment or a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, Buy2fix dragged the process out for weeks while refusing to refund my money or send replacement parts.

Every response felt copied and pasted with no actual customer service behind it. Even after escalating the issue and providing all requested documentation multiple times, they still refused to take responsibility and hid behind the courier’s claim that the package was “delivered.”

At this point, I am out both the parts and my money. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a company that actually stands behind their products and customers.

I just want people to know that returns are not provided by their service. If you ordered a wrong item you will be guided to provide the return with your own money straight to china. I didn’t see any reason to pay for sending it back the same amount of money I spent on buying the screen. I didn’t know about their return policy, I don’t like it, I rate this policy, not the quality of their product, I just want other people to know that ahead.

The case is not for A53. Buttons on side don’t line up. Now I have to go through the whole lengthy return process or eat the cost (which I’m sure you want to happen). Maybe that’s the reason for the detailed return asks.

Replacement laptop keyboard arrived with a couple of broken key caps but Buy2Fix offered a refund quickly after I informed them so overall not a bad experience, would try them again if I was looking for a part for an older bit of tech I can't find elsewhere.
