I just want people to know that returns are not provided by their service. If you ordered a wrong item you will be guided to provide the return with your own money straight to china. I didn’t see any reason to pay for sending it back the same amount of money I spent on buying the screen. I didn’t know about their return policy, I don’t like it, I rate this policy, not the quality of their product, I just want other people to know that ahead.

The case is not for A53. Buttons on side don’t line up. Now I have to go through the whole lengthy return process or eat the cost (which I’m sure you want to happen). Maybe that’s the reason for the detailed return asks.

Replacement laptop keyboard arrived with a couple of broken key caps but Buy2Fix offered a refund quickly after I informed them so overall not a bad experience, would try them again if I was looking for a part for an older bit of tech I can't find elsewhere.

Easy to order, very well packaged and delivered promptly.

Have been emailing them for several months now to try and return 2 damaged phone cases. After several emails and photos sent they have agreed to allow me to return them to China if I pay the postage and they recommend I don’t use several couriers but use Royal Mail.
There reason for me needing to pay for the return is although the cases have marks on them it doesn’t affect their function as a phone cases 🤔. Not sure how that is right??

Item arrived but with a usa plug , i needed to change it or get a refund, which they offered a refund. Still waiting weeks and weeks do not use scam company send crap out and then don't allow u to send it back for a refund

Great product, but arrived later than stated on order and the way the website was set up after first selecting the iPhone 14 case I inadvertently selected the iPhone 14Pro case size when changing the colour.
Luckily my phone still fits into the case but I had to remove the glass from the rear so I can use the camera

The item arrived exactly as described. Received tracking updates so that I knew when it would arrive.

Well though it took long the price was worth the wait. Only problem was, screen not exactly the way my daughter hoped🫣🫣

Sent me a wrong order then when i asked for return reason wrong order has sent they told me that i have to choose ordered wrong item just to make me pay return never recommended dont lose ur money go get it somewhere else

Paid for a Jumper N305 Mini PC on 11th April. 25+ days later, the item was never dispatched.

After 10 days of silence, they emailed asking me to pay an extra £53 on top of the agreed price, citing a "supplier cost increase." When I pointed out this was unlawful under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a contract was formed at the checkout price,they ignored the legal argument and simply tried to negotiate me down to a smaller surcharge.

I then noticed the identical product (different plug variant) was still listed on their own website at the original price, which directly contradicts their supplier increase claim.

Over the following two weeks, every reply was a variation of "we're looking into it" or "we've escalated to management." No dispatch date was ever provided. No resolution was offered.

I have now raised a dispute with my card provider. Avoid this seller, post-purchase price increases and weeks of stalling are not acceptable.
