My hip flask and drinking cups & funnel were posted very quickly indeed, and when it arrived it turned out the funnel had been slightly damaged. I emailed to tell them, and they sent out a replacement straight away. Good service!

I was very please with the diverse choice on offer , the website was easy to us and payment hassle free. The products that I ordered arrived in a couple of days . I very pleased with the quality and look forward to using them next time I go skiing !!!

Ordered on Friday, arrived engraved on Tuesday. Engraving requirements were fairly loose ie one word about 15mm. It arrived nicely engraved with the letters write size and exactly where they should be. If I need a hip flask in future will definitely buy one here. Thanks very much.

The service from ordeing to delivery was impressive and I could not fault that at all. However I am disappointed with the quality of the item that I purchase, the website stated that the hip flask was bound by leather but I have serious doubts that it is indeed real leather? It looks more like a plastic covering, which is badly finished.... It has clearly not been applied to the flask properly or to a stisfactory finish, taking into account the cost of the item.
