When I received the message that "the items had been dispatched" on the very day I had ordered them I called to remind Buyahipflask of the intricate logo that had gone along. But they were fully aware and only two days later the flasks arrived on the continent - shiny, and flawlessly engraved with my logo. Thanks again!

The flask arrived with hard black polishing compound stuck all over it. It was so hard to remove that even though I used a soft lint-free cloth, it left scratches.

I asked for three engraved pocket flasks as an urgent order within four days. They did it in two!

You put the wrong inscriptions on the three hip flask I bought for my three good friends. Disappointed to say the least.

I was able to discuss what I wanted with a knowledgeable member of staff, a real person, and was given good advice about which hip flask material to go for from the point of view of durability and value for money, and which would be delivered most quickly, as time was of the essence, as different models came from different suppliers. The flask was delivered very speedily and I was able to get it engraved locally to be able to give it to my son on his graduation. (It was his suggestion for a graduation present!) He was very impressed and pleased with it.

I ordered two flasks for the ushers at my wedding. Unfortunately when they arrived they were not the flasks I ordered - I contacted the company and they replied straight away, without fuss and replaced the flasks. It could have been a bad experience but, as the issue was sorted straight away, I'd be happy to order from them again!
