Absolute scam. Not sure how they my details and have been charging me for months. You cannot get to their website to somehow change your account or unsubscribe. Blatant thieves.

So this buy decide thing has been scamming people for a very long time we really need to alert people about it because I went through their reviews and noticed that there are many of us who have been robbed of our money buy this buy a deco thing😏😏😏😏

The service I experienced today is an excellent the consultant Violet that's her name I think she has great customer skills she able to assist with my problem.

I inadvertently subscribed to the service, and it has been a pleasant surprise. The customer support team resolved my initial concerns quickly and efficiently

Total scam. They Charged me and sad said that they send me emails they never sent I asked for the money back and he will take a month and they will charge me again.

I joined without realising thinking I was actually purchasing a product. Having complained they responded quickly and refunded the membership fee.

Reached out to customer support about a billing discrepancy. It is sorted now.

Buydecorhome kindly reached out to me, about my service concerns and took all the necessary steps to help and fix my problem.

This company has debited my account twice in 2 days and a sign up fee. I have emailed them and told them I never signed up for this. They say they have canceled my request and I will be refunded. That was yesterday even though I canceled the same day they debited the sign up. And yesterday when I told them I canceled they told me they are refunding me but yet they debited today again. I am going to report this as I have canceled again. They owe me over R300 refund

This is a scamming company. They sign you up for their membership, without your authority and deduct hundreds of dollars from your account. UPDATE: They have reached out to me and said that they are taking the necessary steps to address my concerns. So hopefully I will get a refund.
