I purchased two portable water bottles and they were stolen from my letterbox. I contacted Buyecowise and they responded promptly. They kindly resent me two replacement bottles even though it was not their fault. Highly recommend this company for their high standards and I love the portable water bottles too. They are stainless steel and the perfect size for my handbags and for the kids when we're going out.

I was pleased to get the drink bottles…
I was pleased to get the drink bottles I bought at EcoWise. This was my first purchase from this company. While I appreciate the efforts made to protect my purchase, I was a little dismayed that it was all packed in polystyrene. Isn't there an alternative, especially for a company like this.

We would like to confirm that we don't use "polystyrene" fill. Instead, our filling around the products is "Packing Peanut Fill (made from Corn Starch)" - this product is well known for it's eco-friendly characteristics as it is predominately made from corn starch which is compostable and can be broken down when dissolved in water.
If you Youtube "packing peanuts dissolve in water" you will see an example of this product illustrating how easily it breaks down and it's good for the environment (if disposed correctly).

Average quality at best. The cap on the bottle is difficult to use and the thread feels like it is cross threading and poor quality.

just received my make up remover pads, wash bag and box today. Absolutely love it. We went out for dinner and used the pads and they are face washer style on one side and a soft wash on the other. Just needed the one to remove my make up (only had a bit not full face) but would have used about four of the store bought pads. Washed it and now letting it dry. Everyone who wears make up should get this. My Best Buy for a while. Thank you so much.

Neat Bottles
Very happy with our purchase of 2 350ml drink bottles. They were bought to fit into zippered side pockets of a backpack and the shape works very well. The colours are lovely. The package arrived quickly and in good condition. The packaging is suitable for composting and is already in my garden!
