BuyGames.PS started as an Ebay store in 2015. Having great success and holding a consistent number of loyal customers we decided to make our own store where we could improve the quality and speed of our services. We are selling exclusively game accounts for PS and Xbox. Unlike many other sellers out there, we had always sold only new accounts and refused to sell accounts that previously belonged to other people, knowing the risk those accounts could be actually stolen or hacked. We are constantly monitoring our services and we are carefully listening to the feedback we get from our customers so we can continuously transform and improve our business. For more questions please consult the F.A.Q on our website or contact the Live Chat Support from our page.

What happened today was very strange…

What happened today was very strange and honestly frustrating.

I have been buying games online for over 6 years from platforms like Kinguin, Gamivo, K4G, GameSeal, and Driffle, so I understand how these services usually work.

Today, I purchased an Xbox Series account for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot from this website. After the purchase, I received an email and password, and I also found that the website provides a built-in tool to receive verification codes, which is actually a good feature and works as expected.

However, the main issue is that you do not get full ownership or control of the account, and this is not clearly stated during the purchase. There is no proper mention that the account is not fully yours, which can be very misleading.

In addition, they do not clearly specify whether the account is brand new (0 hours played) or a previously used account that the original owner may still have access to or be sharing. This lack of transparency is a serious issue and should be clearly stated before purchase.

I contacted support to better understand how everything works, but the experience was very disappointing. The agent stated that they do not collaborate with resellers and, based on that, told me that my warranty would no longer apply. This was never clearly indicated anywhere before the purchase.

The situation got worse when the agent suddenly blocked me from the chat after asking for my order number, without providing any proper explanation or solution. Being cut off like that, especially after making a purchase, is unacceptable.

In the end, while the code-receiving system works, the lack of transparency about account ownership, the unclear status of the account itself, and the poor customer support — especially the sudden loss of warranty and being blocked from chat — made this a very bad experience.

Be careful when buying from this website.

All around trash.

Website design is horrible compared to others, instead of the title showing you what your purchasing you instead have to scroll down to the description to see if the product is a game or an account while the letters are grey and small the look of everything looks so poor while others have easy to navigate service. No refunds also even if code isn’t seen.

Very good

Got the game straight away and downloaded it. Amazing. Only thing was that when I played the game I ordered it had someone else progress on it. But other than that, Great.

regular customer with them since 8 yrs

I was a regular customer with them 8 years back. After 8 long years I decided to play games which I bought from them. I was very impressed with their quick response.
SAM helped me to get the replacement account. Very happy with their service. And thank you SAM again for helping me out.
