Firstly having placed the order it took 10 weeks to arrive, the tracking was appalling as there was no further tracking once the goods left Shanghai.
After arrival I was very disappointed as the magnetic eyelashes were not long enough to fit my eyelids. They Covered about half my eye and they weren’t magnetic they failed to stay in place.
The eyebrow pen filler had no filler inside it, a total con it was an empty pen.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you’d be wasting your time they are scammers

Giving this company one star is to much. Never got my order and now I am not getting a response from my emails. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

After almost 6 weeks of this company receiving payment for my order, I still have not received the product and no response to any of my emails. Also, note that it was not until my order was placed and the company received payment that they notified me that it could take 5-6 weeks for "out of US" orders. No delivery time was offered otherwise.

This “company” is nothing but a scammer!!! Took my money, but never received the product. Ordered on April 14 and they kindly took my money. Lied and said it was shipped out on April 18 and they send a link saying it is in CA. It would have gotten here faster by horseback!!! Don’t use Covid19 as an excuse and tell me I need to understand!!! You need to understand I am filing a complaint and blast you all over social media!!!

No costumer service to be reached at all, and no confirmation of the order being sent for weeks. Looks like a scam.

SCAMMERS, Placed an order on 28th March, no email to say received your order, 16th April raised case with PayPal, then got message from seller to say it has been shipped, on the 18th April tracking advised of shipping. No other contact with seller. PayPal closed case today saying they’ve found in my favour and requested a refund for me. As to wether I receive it is a different matter, if I don’t I will put in claim with credit card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THERE ARE NO GOODS SENT

I ordered and it took over 2 months to get to me but they charged my credit card instantly. I tried to cancel and they would not cancel the order even thought they said it takes a couple months to ship out. Got it a cheapl made piece of junk. Just wrap a dime store piece of lace around would fit better. I wear a 38 D so I ordered XXXL it was as size 32 B at the largest. I could not find them to return as I believe they are a scam and changed names or went out of business. I read some reviews before ordering in Aug 2019 I now think the reviews were part of the SCAM

Wish there was a no star. I never received a confirmation email and never received my order. I ordered April 2 2020 now May 18th. I went to call the company and their contact number has been disconnected. In case anyone is wondering that number is 800-975-2391. They took my money immediately from my account and nothing from them. So disappointed. Just seems like a big, fat scam taking advantage of people. It is now June 3rd and still haven't received my items.

Never received an order confirmation, never received the product but payment taken instantly. Wish I’d read all the above reviews before ever ordering from this company. 😡

My mother ordered 4 bars from them on 4/2/20
I helped her we got no email confirmation or an order number but they charged her credit card that same day. I stared to email them on the 5th week may7 2020 because on the web site it said 4 to 5 weeks to get items due to the virus. I emails them 1x a day until today. Today I told them I was reporting fraud to the credit card company and to Facebook. They got back but the email was addressed to my husband which was funny because I never had his name on anything. It has been in Fremont CA.since April 14 2020 but it's waiting for a USPS tracking number. Get your story on the same page. I called the credit card company.

SCAM... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have waited over 6 weeks for my bras. I have kept in contact with them regarding whereabouts of my order. About a month ago they sent me update my order was in California.... it's probably in customs....a few days ago I get tracking in route .... shipped ... problem is tracking said shipped on 05/12/20 8:24PM. I read it at 6:00 AM on the 12th, so that means it is being shipped from overseas if at all...GET YOUR STORY STRAIGHT!!! BBB rating is an "F" Buyer Be Aware

I bought a bra march 11. I never got it. I spent 22 dollars for a support bra. I’ve emailed THREE times for a refund and never heard a response.

SCAMMERS ... never received order ... kept saying shipped ... gave invalid tracking number ... would not refund my money ... SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND GRIEF ... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

SCAMMERS! I never received my order, they didn't respond to dozens of emails, and when they eventually did they just lied. I never got a refund, not even through reporting the transaction as scam through my bank. And I never received my order. I wish I read those reviews before.

Horribly wrong sized would not fit don't. Waste your money they are horrible.

I bought a pair of bras here, then a day later saw all the reviews and I got very angry and nervous for not check this website before. However my product came like 2 weeks later and it fits me very well, I wearing the bra right now. I guess I have good luck

I won't bother to repeat everything already written here. All of it is true. I want to add that, after going through their nightmare process of picture-taking, etc. to return the bra, they required that I pay shipping. The cost to ship to China is far more than the cost of their shoddy product. I was stupid not to read reviews first, and will not make that mistake again.

Agree with all the others. Rating is less than zero! Horrible waste of money all lost now because China has lost my return. Badly made, badly sized and totally a sham. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
