Excellent despatch and delivery

The website is informative and easy to navigate and the laptop was delivered the next day.
Did try and get through on the phone before purchase but just got message saying mailbox was full. Didn't try and contact via email as wasn't prepared to wait for a response. Took a punt and it turned out alright.

Order cancelled and priced raised

No update on the order after couple days. Called to see what’s happening and it seems they cancelled the order and hiked the price by few hundred pounds. I couldve bought from another retailer at the time if I’d known they wont honour their prices.

Although the item did arrive well…

Although the item did arrive well packaged and is a great product, it turned up after 6 days and I had paid for next day delivery. I asked for a refund on the postage and was refused with waffle about 1 - 3 business days and bank holidays. Won't be using again.

Order with confidence.

The only improvement would be better tracking information, or indeed, some tracking information!
Other than that, absolutely no problem here, at all.

Slow and Steady

The overall process for this order was smooth. I also confirmed the quality of the product after receiving and all are in good condition. I only had concerns with the local courier, because it's a bit unclear with the schedule. Buykingston support was accommodating, but a bit late.
