easy to place an order but the standard delivery doesn't provide tracking services which is inconvenient.

Great product. Only thing that could have made it better was knowing when it was going to be delivered. We ordered late on a Friday and were given a 5 day window, delivery driver turned up unannounced on the Monday, luckily someone was in. Apart from that, an excellent service.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received! Despite the scheduled delivery for Friday, November 10th, the item has not arrived. Despite reaching out to the support team through multiple emails, I have not received any response. Additionally, when attempting to contact their support directly via phone, the automated message suggests sending an email instead. This lack of communication and the non-arrival of the expected item have left me highly dissatisfied.

Whilst the item was supplied as promised, it has so far proved impossible to make contact with the company to resolve an issue I have with the order. Disappointing customer service lets them down.
