Placed an order, product never arrived they claimed the package had been delivered, but nothing arrived. We live rural and our local courier has said nothing from this company arrived. Amamex have said they have delivered. And we’ve received no help apparently there nothing they can do on their end.

Best online shop experience in a long time! My big order arrived 3 days after placing it, very impressed with careful packaging as it was an electric keyboard and extras. I opened straight away to check it was working and in my excitement I didn't notice the cables packed neatly in the polystyrene so I thought it was missing. I emailed and received a reply within minutes - so impressed with this! Then I realized my mistake and messaged back and received a lovely reply. The products themselves are awesome, exactly as I'd hoped, but more than that the customer service will bring me back.

Wrong item was sent at first but with quick and clear communication problem was resolved so quickly. Easy to deal with and much better priced than other retailers. Will be shopping again!!!

I have made several purchases through BuyKiwi and consider all to be good products. The most recent was a cordless weedeater which is an excellent product for its price. It is the first of their products where I had a fault - one of its 2 batteries was faulty. My problem was quickly resolved by the supplier with replacement item. I am happy to recommend them for good products and excellent after sales service.

Do not trust the review responses, it reflects half truths sounding like wonderful compromises. It is not the truth. I am stuck with a terrible product literally brittling apart, has never stood straight and shakes out saw dust whenever I tried touching it. I was offered a replacement part yes - but the entire unit is shocking quality and not useable! Then a $15 voucher plus then I get to keep said unusable item.. and I paid $100.. so I can not replace it! I do not feel valued (WAS a repeat customer) and I am out if pocket and nothing to show for it. I am not happy, and totally being swept under a media polished carpet of responses. They will not refund you. Beware.

I bought the citrus hand juicer and unfortunately it doesn't work that well. For some reason after several presses the top of thecjuicer would come down on to the cup. I loved the idea. I contacted kiwibuy and they asked for a video and photos. We did that and without hesitation the refunded me. Thank you for a great service and response. Sorry I can't find my previous review of the juicer.

Bought a Metal Wardrobe Clothes Rack few days ago and it was sturdy as advertised! We used it for wet suit and other swimming gear. 👍 highly recommended.

"Buy Kiwi"simply sells imported cheap aftermarket junk from china. The product sold to me was faulty and incompatible. Customer service was awful and simply denied responsibility. Still no resolution.

Love Buy Kiwi, we had brought things for our business through them, just recently, then we needed some other things for home, bar stools and toys, and because of the fast efficient service with the work products, we thought we would give them another try.
Once again fast , efficient service, would highly recommend.
