DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY — TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I placed an order based on their advertised 48-hour delivery timeframe. The item still has not arrived.

I have contacted them seven times and every time I receive the same meaningless response: “Our team will respond.” They don’t.

Seven emails, no proper response, no resolution, and no accountability. This is not customer service — it’s simply fobbing customers off and hoping they go away.

If you cannot deliver within the timeframe you advertise, or even have the courtesy to properly respond to a customer, then don’t make promises you clearly cannot keep.

Extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before giving this company your money.

Great kit for your Diesel Heater

Great kit to have if you have a diesel heater. Its good to have just in case you need to replace your glow plug. Online shopping was super easy and it arrived in the time frame that was stated. Great service, great kit.

I have to tell one and all that the service from ease of ordering quality of product awesome. I had a couple of pieces missing from kit I bought and emailed supplier quick response and the fast remedy no hassle 5days later the replacement part arrived best customer service ever cheers
