Does not mention it’s a subscription. Charges extremely high prices when they charge you again, and there’s no phone number to talk to anyone. They refuse to refund me when they confirmed my order was cancelled already. They waited until after it shipped to tell me they couldn’t refund it because it was already on the way. It was already cancelled before.

the gum is fine, but they'll drain your bank account without you knowing

the gum is fine, but there are sneaky subscription charges and no way to cancel the order without reaching out to the company via email. The customer support response was to click a teal deactivate button that literally doesn't exist. Also, when I try to track an order on their website, there is an advertisement that obscures all of the information.

Tried Larine’s remineralizing gum and…

Tried Larine’s remineralizing gum and wouldn’t buy again.

The flavor lasts maybe 5 seconds, then it’s basically like chewing nothing. For a product that’s supposed to be enjoyable and functional, that’s a miss.

What’s worse is how their system is set up. You only get a refund on your first order, and you can’t cancel your subscription online. (I didn't even know it was a subscription) You have to contact them to do it.

That combination feels intentional, not accidental. Low flexibility + harder cancellation = frustrating customer experience.

I wouldn’t recommend. In fact... stay away from this company. They are just out to take your money.

do NOT buy this product ... it is a joke of a company as you can't get out of the "subscription" that they get you in.
Again DO NOT BUY this product or from this company. It is near impossible to cancel and stop the shipments.

Sneaky subscriptions and bad customer service

I placed an order online, little did I know I actually signed up for a subscription because they set that as the default and hide the option during checkout. I’m no stranger to subscription orders and am signed up for a decent handful, all of which notify me before my next order is coming. Larineco did not give any warning before charging my card for a subscription that I was not aware they signed me up for. I reached out to customer support as soon as I saw the email confirmation of the order, specifically requesting that they cancel and refund the order before it ships. I got a response from Rochelle offering a discount to continue the subscription but I declined and asked again to cancel the order, then I got a confirmation from Ma that it had been cancelled. The next day, I get a shipment notification of the order that I was told they were going to cancel. I reached right back out again and spoke with Juvie whose responses didn't seem to address anything I was concerned about. I then looked back again at Rochelle and Ma's responses and they also didn't seem to address my main concern of cancelling and refunding the order that I did not want to place. Maybe my mistake for not making sure they were cancelling the order itself, but they also didn't even acknowledge that they were unable to cancel the order until after it had already shipped. Just a super deceptive, super sketchy company full of incredibly unhelpful "support" staff who clearly only care about milking as much money from their customers as they possibly can.

I might have been able to overlook some of this if they had a decent product but the gum is mid as hell. They advertise a long-lasting flavor but all 4 that I tried lasted maybe 10min and tasted dusty and stale.

Recurring Order Scam

I signed up for one shipment of their gum. IN the checkout process, they hid the fact that this would become a recurring order. The automatically shipped another identical order exactly 30 days later. I quickly replied to their email to cancel the order. The customer service rep said the order cannot be canceled due to their refund policy, which is a money-back guarantee on the first shipment only. I asked them to cancel the recurring order. Same thing 30 days later. Same answer from the customer service rep. Absolute scam.

Stay well clear

Stay well clear. Do not buy from this company. They tried to charge me for a monthly subscription that I did not make. There's no way to change that subscription. There's no way to even show where that subscription was made. Shady business practices, but this seems part of the course for a lot of these overseas companies. They try to trick you into a subscription by omission, rather than you actually ever agreeing to a subscription. Stay clear.

Watch closely as you check out. I intentionally watched for anything related to a recurring charge and I know I checked out with a onetime charge but at some point it switched to a monthly deal and I was hit with unexpected charges. They are very good at manipulating.

I'd give a zero if I could

I'd give a zero if I could. I gave it a couple months, but saw no improvement. Had a very hard time canceling, but followed their link and submitted cancelation. Next month i get charged again. No refund given, so I had to go through the whole cancelation process again. I better not get charged again. Customer service stinks and so does the product. Save your time and money.

Gum is good, price and service is bad

I originally got some gum last year, around $35 worth, not too shabby. Flavor is good, texture is fine. But I didn't know I was locked in to a subscription, so before purchasing, you've been warned, it's not a one time purchase! I got charged $80 some dollars in February, and a very nice woman named Sheryl was very understanding and she cancelled my order pretty much right after it happened, I told her I'd like to break free of my subscription so I thought that was covered and thought I never had to worry about it again. Then today, close to an hour ago I get charged again for $87.99 for the same thing. So I do what I did last time, I go to the email to ask for a refund and to cancel my subscription. They walked me through how to cancel my subscription, that worked. But according to some bs first order policy, I can't refund it. It doesn't make any sense especially since I got my first order, used it up, didn't file for a return, and when I got charged in February, I got through with cancelling and getting a full refund, which technically would have been my second time ordering. And now this third time comes along and pummels me down with no refund, no cancellation and no help. So, as I've stated very simply, good gum, terrible service. Except for Sheryl, she was nice. Won't be purchasing again. I'm sorry, but my money was literally taken from me.

Scam company

Scam company, gum is ok at best, many sources claim it's not what they say, but apart from that the customer service is rubbish! I made an order not realising it was a subscription, when it came with another purchase I was already tight on money! I messaged them as soon as my order went through about this, they said nothing about cancellation but offer 20% off, I asked for a full refund because I messaged immediately, the customer service ignored me untill the order was sent off where they then pretended to care and apologise. They are slimy rats don't fall for them like I did, even tho I cancelled the subscription another order just went through, I've blocked them from my card but this is ridiculous!

Scam - Forced Subsciption - Bills/Sends Unwanted Product

I ordered 2 packs of GUM on Feb 12 for $22, that pitches as healthy for your gums/teeth. A month later I am charged again for double the product and price(close to $40), I figured my wife may have done so wanting some to try herself. Now we have 6 packs of the gum, it's hard to chew and loses flavor thus no longer interested. A month late I get an email with a charge for over $70, I saw this less than 3 hours after it was sent and cancelled however they declined to cancel and a week later the product arrived. I sent back through the POST Office not accepting the product. 2 weeks later 2 more packs are sent charging me $40, double the initial price. I send that back and disputye the charges on my card. I now get harrassing emails every day even though I received 2 last week stating my subscription that I never signed up for was cancelled. Then yesterday I received another email stating they can't see any cancellation and offered product at 1/2 price, I declined , blocked their email address after I responded that I never signed up and will never deal with this company again. Check online reviews and many experience the same thing call out this SCAM. Today from another email, I get another solicitation noting my chargeback and asking me to call their office to clear it up. I resent the email from yesterday plus added again, I never signed up for a subscription, if they snuck one in, please remove and don't harass me further. I am 68 years old and don't need to be scammed, even out of a couple hundred dollars. Looks like this company has some AI program pushing this product many places online, then the sent you some at what seems high but fair price, sneeks in a subsciption and then sends unwanted product billed at double the initial rate. You try to cancel they have bots responding saying "its too late to cancel" . You email them and get automatic replies trying to trick you into buying more, when they acknowledge that you cancelled, they ignore it and send you more continuing to bill you. You cancel them on you credit card and they then harass you via daily emails from different sources. Recent emails came from Buylarine.com , I blocked that and today I got an email from 2836830.brevosend.com. Who knows how much this company is extracting from unknowing consumers? Please put a stop to it.. Thanks.. Dave

Watch out for Larineco their sneaky…

Watch out for Larineco their sneaky tactics. I signed up for a $19.99 subscription and somehow got hit with a $139 charge the next month. No explanation, no accountability—just excuses. They refused to fix it, wouldn’t offer a refund, and didn’t even try to make it right. Be careful who you give your card to.

Terrible

Terrible. They subscribed me to an automatic refill and charged me without any warning. Of course it was much more expensive (3x) than the first order. They said they couldnt do anything as it had to be cancelled in the following 15 minutes of the automatic order...Even the 30 days money warranty is a scam. You have to spend your own money to send it back.

No 0 star option? 100% fraudulent company. Please be wary of giving them any banking information. They triple charged me and doubled my subscription order and sent a month early and didn't notify me of upcoming subscription charges as a legitimate company would have done. When I received the order notification I immediately reached out to let them know that I didn't order anything and even as my original subscription it was wrong still. They refused to do anything and was only met with AI prompt emails. Still hasn't even shipped 2 full days later and they refuse to do anything. Beyond immoral way to do business. Very poor.
