Really happy with the support! Tina was very helpful and took the time to check my payout situation. As a creator from Brunei, I was worried because Brunei is no longer listed as a supported payout country, but she confirmed that my existing Stripe Express connection still supports my country and advised me not to disconnect it. Good support, helped fix my own mistake
I recently had an issue with the email address I had on my account (due to my own mistake) and customer support was able to get it fixed for me fairly quickly.

Reported a dog rescue scammer from youtube using stolen video content from actual shelters/rescues to solicit funding and Buymeacoffee responded extremely quickly and banned the account. Very happy with the outcome-thank you.

I love Buy Me A Coffee
I have been using Buy Me A Coffee for 5+ years now, and I absolutely love it. I'm from Nigeria, and it was one of the few platforms that allowed Nigerians to receive money from around the world. The platform is very easy to use, and payouts have no limit and are never delayed. Recently, I had an issue with my account, and the customer service team was kind and resolved it for me. I still choose BMAC over Gumroad and Lemonsqueezy any day, even though the others offer more features than BMAC

Easy to set up
Easy to set up, We get text alerts when someone has bought us a coffee.
We were looking for a alternative other than Facebook Stars, that we found our readers are very apprehensive to use.
No issues yet and we would recommend BMAC to anyone that has people that want to show support

Great support
I've been using BuyMeACoffee for almost two years. It's super easy to use, and the customer service is very responsive. I reported a bug in their purchase export data. The team was able to validate the bug the next day and eventually fix the bug some time after.

Helped reverse a fraudulent charge
I've never used this company/site, but someone made a fraudulent charge with them using my leaked credit card & email info. I contacted Buy Me a Coffee, and after a week and a half they were able to reverse the charge. They could've just told me it was out of their hands, but they put in the effort to help me out.
