I ordered a pair of shoes as a birthday gift for my son, the money was taken from my bank account but as a PayPal transaction. I didn't use PayPal, I used my debit card to buy these shoes. The transaction shows it was processed under a completely different name than the business name. I received an email that my order was complete but it contained no tracking information. I tried tracking my order on the site with the order number and it takes me to a page showing "error page not found". I attempted several times to contact the business by email and phone but no one ever answers or responds. I never received any follow up email with shipping information and my order was never processed. I reported the transaction as fraud to my bank and cancelled my debit card. This online business is a scam.

Horrible company- sells counterfeit product. Requested a refund- sent multiple emails and called - no response!

They took my money and ran. I bought shoes on their website, received an order confirmation, and money left my bank account. I never received a tracking number, and my items still have never arrived. No one is getting back with me. THIS IS A SCAM.

I tried to make a purchase and the site wouldn't process my card. I guess they only accept PayPal payments.

I ordered from them 1/29 and and 4 weeks out I still have no trancking number and no response from my multiple ways to contact them! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Do Not order from this site. It is clearly a fake. I placed an order on 2/12 and still cannot track the order. I have tried calling the phone number to they no response they do not answer the phone. I have also sent multiple emails with no response as well. My last resort is to go to my bank and dispute it and show the emails I have sent in order to get my money back. I will also be reporting this site.

Never received the order, wanted to cancel the same day i ordered. They did not return my money. They charged my credit card but thru paypal so cannot get my $150. Never answer the calls or emails. Stay away.

I finally got my shoes on yesterday February 18th. Never was able to track them. No one ever answered the phone. My shoes came from Singapore. It's not a scam site. It's just no communication which is bad. Makes u think it's not a legit site. Shoes are nice. Not sure if I would order again. Would love to. But u need to be able to talk to people especially once u spend your money. They took no time to take my money

Placed order on 02/07/25. Was able to track next day, BUT, tracking showed item coming from Hong Kong when the website is supposedly based in the USA. First email was responded to very quickly, but after that NOTHING. I can no longer track the order and the phone number listed is NEVER answered. I will be contacting my bank and req a refund and reporting this a a 100% FAKE business!!!! Oh, and froze my debit card and got a new one so they no longer have ANY banking info of mine!!!

A complete fraud company. I never my. received my order. They don’t reply to email nor do they answer that fake phone number. Don’t do it. They have been reported to PayPal and my credit card company.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. I was super excited about a great deal on a pair of kicks and after my order went through, I gave them about a week or so to provide tracking which I never received. I followed up with e-mails, calls, and FB messages and no answer. I am reporting them! FAKE WEBSITE!!!!

Company is a total sham. Placed order 2/3/25. After reading up on company after, learned they sell counterfeit merchandise.

They will not reply to emails and the phone number doesn’t work. The product that I received on 2/14 is an absolute fake!

In reality, the seller is Dinh Van Dinh. The product shipped through StockX FROM HK GEEKOM Electronics in Hong Kong.

I filed dispute with PayPal. Don’t shop with Stock X or from Buy Purity.

I ordered back in January. I sent an email after not being able to track from their website. I requested a shipping number from the company which they did not provide. All I was told is that they were aware that they have issues with the tracking on their webiste. I requested a refund on the order that cost me 311.94 and have not heard back. No calls are picked up when you try to call in. Unfortunately, this looks to be a loss.

Placed an order January 28th. It took 6 days to get a tracking number with fed ex. Got the tracking number finally. It’s now February 12th and the package is still in Hong Kong and has not been given to fed ex. Sent an email the day they claim the package was shipped and no response. Thankfully I called my bank and got my money back immediately. This website is a scam and the address listed is to a house and the secretary of state for Colorado. And all the shoes advertised are the same price. SCAM. NEVER AGAIN. SHUT THIS SITE DOWN

I ordered some shoes from them over 2 weeks ago. I still haven’t gotten a tracking number. I emailed them numerous of times requesting the tracking number after I got a email stating my order has been complete and processed and they have not replied and the website won’t load when I try to track my Order. I will be disputing charge with My bank.

Requested a refund on the shoes. Was told I would receive one within 5-10 days. I had been 21 days now and have emailed around 10 times since that previous interaction and have been ignored.

We bought shoes three weeks ago. Still have not arrived. Tracking function doesn’t work. No response to multiple emails. I believe we were scammed. Buyer beware.

Can't contact the company by phone or email. The line just rings and I've sent 5 emails no response. The order tracking link doesn't work. This site is a scam. Don't place an order
