I paid for some Jordan's that never arrived. Dont trust this site.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. NO MATTER WHEN I PLACE A CALL THE LINE JUST RING WITH NO REP AND NO WAY TO LEAVE VOICEMAIL, LEFT SEVERAL EMAIL MESSAGES WITH NO REPLY! YOU WILL RECEIVE A ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL SHORTLY AFTER PLACING ORDER WITH A ORDER TRACKING #, HOWEVER THE TRACKING SITE ON COMPANY SITE IS BROKEN OR ALSO NON EXISTENT. I PLACED ORDER ON 1/24/25, TODAY IS 2/5/25 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK OR UPDATE ON ORDER. DO NOT RISK YOUR TIME OR MONEY SHOPPING WITH BUY PURITY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY AND TIME TO WASTE. COMPANY IS GIVING SCAM SCAM SCAM AND FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!

Horrible service if there's any. Don't answer email regarding orders. Don't answer the phone. Some people wanna run businesses but can't and the people at buypurity can't run a business for shit. Garbage!

FAKE WEBSITE! Do not buy!!!!!!!!!!!

I gave the one star just to get to this point. This is a fake website and I have learned a valuable lesson. I will never order from here again. I never received my sneakers and it said the order is complete. I am going to dispute the charges now with my credit card. It's now almost a month later and I haven't received anything.

I really just can’t say it a bad experience because haven’t received my shoes!! but at the same time my tracking number won’t even work !! I can’t see here my shoe at ! or how long it gone take !!!

Looks like fake. Order not able to cancel, phone number on site is not reachable, no response of mail, unable to track order. Never buy from its looks totally fake company. Still no response money stuck with PayPal. God only helps.

Stay away; fake site; customer service doesn't exist.

This was the message I sent to the contact e-mail address on January 22nd 2025. I got a return message claiming how sorry they were and that they would immediately investigate and get back to me in 24 hours. I have heard nothing since, even after sending follow up e-mails. The order tracking on the site does work and the phone # given does not ring.

My sneakers I ordered came in the other day. Not a single part of the print matched the picture matched the picture. I sent a couple emails with no response. I was just looking for a replacement. Normally I am happy with things on this site but this time I feel like I threw 150 dollars away

I walked right into this one. My attention was grabbed immediately when I saw the shoes I wanted on sale on this site... I should have done a little bit of investigation on the site first. I'll own that, that one is on me. However, these Jordans I ordered are completely fake. From the material used, the stitching, the fitment, and original box. I opened up the box which looked like it was wrapped by a 5 year old. Excessive tape and ripped box. There were StockX stickers, Authenticity Tags, and StockX cards inside the box in a large Ziploc bag. The Authenticity Tag was not attached which voids any type of "official verification". The QR code just took me to StockX's website which means absolutely nothing. The label on the box does not even match the shoes in the box. The QR code on the box is just a generic Nike.com QR Code. The fitment is off by almost a full size, I ordered a 12 and my big toe is in contact with the front of the shoe constantly. If you read this, please reconsider.. fool me once, shame on me. Don't let this desire for a deal become a $150 pair of sketchers.

Ayoo I just got my new kicks!! Air Jordans Retro 4 Doernbecher customer service was great my delivery came quickly I love my new sneakers they're look legit at first I didn't investigate this site which is unfortunate because I seen negative reviews etc thinking this site was a scam for some reason I said dang I might not see my kicks but fortunately it was worth it and authentic as well thank you buypurity give this site a chance just saying I'll be buying more from this site see next time around it'll go the same way as today now time to get swagging yo let's go!!

I am very disappointed with the item I received. I ordered Jordan 11's in a size 6 and received Jordan 13's in a size 13. They were responding to all my emails until I told them I received the wrong item. Now they want me to pay to send the item back. It is going to cost me double what I paid to send them back. I have gone through Paypal to help but they aren't very helpful either. Very unprofessional and now I'm out $155

I ordered a pair of Nike sneakers for my daughter only to find out they were cheap counterfeit replicas that are nothing like the authentic shoes. Customer service offered me a 50% refund and I have to pay shipping. Do not purchase from this company they are a joke.

If I could give a 0 I would. You sell knock offs which is fine but they are not made to standard size. Your return policy and customer service are a joke. A phone that no one picks up. You sold me something you knew was wrong and now you won't refund my money. That inside tags are even printed incorrect. I don't want a partial refund I want my full money back! Do better and stop ripping people off.

This company is a fraud!! They took my money and never sent my shoes. No refund was sent to me.

Bought Kobe shoes for my son for Christmas. They are fake. You could smell the plastic as soon as the box was opened. The shoelaces are different, the insoles and the design on the tongue are different. I contracted the store to return, they asked for photos and then ended communication to provide a return or refund. The phone on the website does not work. I paid $180 for the shoes. The site is a scam. Do not purchase from this site.

There’s a lot of fake reviews at the bottom of this company to make it look legit. This company is a scam that sells fake shoes. Look up their address in Aurora that’s in their website? It’s a random house next to an empty field. Look up their business address in the middle of nowhere Wyoming, it’s a speech therapy school next to a church. These guys are scammers, RUN

SCAMMERS! I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter’s Christmas present. She opened them on Christmas Day, and BuyPurity had sent me the wrong size. So that same day, on Christmas Day evening, I went to their website looking for an exchange/return mailing label. There was none on the website. So I emailed the company that day, Christmas Day, asking for an exchange/return label. They emailed me back, saying they could not exchange the shoes but would give me a 15% return. I emailed them back, saying this "offer" was unacceptable because I still wanted to order the shoes for my daughter. I told them that if they didn’t refund me 100% so I could then repurchase their shoes, then I would write a negative review. They never responded to my 2nd email. I have emailed them three times since then. They basically have ghosted me.

STAY AWAY! This place is a fraud. The shoes they sell are not authentic. I placed an order on 12/17/2024 and tried to cancel when I noticed it was shipping from Hong Kong. Upon receiving the shoes, I saw many defects. I emailed the company and I've been given the run-around. They stopped responding to my emails and refuse to refund my money or send me a return label. Now I'm out $140 and stuck with fake shoes. Learn from my experience and shop elsewhere!
