Great support and v efficient
I've been shopping from V2 for many years and have always found their products and support to be very good.
I recently got lost trying to find the right replacement coils for one of my vapes so I contacted them through the chat facility - not only did a real person respond, not AI, but she guided me to the right product (with links), suggested options and was generally far more helpful than she needed to have been. My order (with free delivery) arrived the next day.
A refreshing experience and I highly recommend them.

We have been using this company for years now and their customer service is always outstanding, friendly and approachable and you can actually speak to a real person. When we have had a problem which has only been twice in all the years we have used them they have put it right straight away.

Not a great product sadly
Not a great product sadly, wasn’t assisting to well with the cravings at any level, battery lasted mere hours as in 1 or two then the charging would be quick then short life span, found myself putting it on charge at any given opportunity, for me you can buy better smoking aids for £30 I spent. Also doesn’t like the cold weather, I work in construction and the 1st cold morning it just started flashing.
