I signed up for a new account and flubbed my email address, leaving me unable to confirm my address. I opened a ticket, and within a couple of hours it was resolved. If this is the level of support I can expect from BuyVM/Frantech, I'm sure I'll be a long-term happy client.

A great service with great prices. I rarely have any issues with my servers. I recently had one in October 2025. For what I'm paying, it's not really reasonable to expect such responsive support. Despite that, they started working on the issue almost immediately after I filed a ticket and the issue was fixed shortly after. The last issue I had before this was April of 2020 and I had a similar experience then (extremely fast response and resolution).

They will setup all kinds of obstacles to prevent you from spending your remaining credit and trick you to spend more money. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

BuyVM.net and their other company Frantech.ca (Frantech Solutions) are deeply complicit in illegal copyright infringement and outright abuse. They knowingly protect criminals by hiding them behind Cloudflare, and when you submit a valid, legal DMCA complaint, they flat-out refuse to take action. Instead, they shamelessly push you back to Cloudflare, showing they have no interest in accountability or legality. This isn’t just negligence - it’s active participation in protecting piracy and theft.

They are not a legitimate hosting provider - they are enablers of fraud, copyright abuse, and criminal activity. Any business or individual trusting them is putting themselves at serious legal and reputational risk. Do not be fooled by their marketing - these are not professionals, they are crooks hiding behind technical loopholes.

Avoid BuyVM.net and Frantech.ca at all costs. If you care about legality, ethics, or even basic customer service, go with a real provider. These people are a stain on the hosting industry.

Great service with equally great support, been a customer for a few years without much issue, and support is always quick and professional.

Fixed the issue rapidly , the staff has quick response to my ticket

had an issue with their ipv6 subnet, made a ticket and after they sent 3 messages without being able to solve the issue on their side they've just decided to completely ghost me

I spent $360 on servers that expire in a 2 weeks from now

they've ghosted me for 13 days straight, no message, nothing at all and I can't do a thing about it

they've basically scammed me because the servers are worthless since the ipv6 subnet doesn't work correctly, I've made a 2nd ticket and even tried to contact them via live chat and I've gotten no reply

there's no chance I'm gonna get any help, any refund or time extended on my servers because they're too lazy to help

Where is the zero star rating when you need it? frantec.ca is the worst criminal supporter organization one can imagine. They take ZERO action on abuse complaints and focus on hosting spammer, scammer and wannabe hackers as long as they get paid. FBI and other international law enforcement agencies visited them more than once and "buyvm.net" is their latest name to hide what they do,
DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CRIMINAL SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS!!!

Been using a storage slab for years, had several disconnections every 3 months or so, performance was good but very unreliable.

5 days ago blockstorage crashed and after several messages was told:

The storage node hosting your slab is currently doing a RAID rebuild. Performance issues should resolve in a day or two once its done.

Day or two? been 5 days without being able to download my backups to move to a different service, slab still not working even if you manage to list the files it is impossible to transfer, totally stalled..

While stock is always limited, they offer quite fast response times to issues when they arise.. I don't host mission-critical services, thus my expectations are not high, but the guys always were there and we're fast to resolve any issues that came up.

Run from buyvm.net, frantech.ca etc. etc..! They need many different names and sites for a reason! They will steal from you!

Opened a ticket about hardware issue and they were quick to resolve the issue within a day!

Been a customer for the better part of 7 years. Never ever had any problems at all. If you require access to certain ports, you must submit a ticket and they will unblock them. I've only ever experienced downtime one time the whole time I've been with them, and they handled it well and communicated about everything going on. If you're a client, be sure to join their discord.
