I love the cPanel to DirectAdmin migration, never seen one that has worked this perfectly before. I blame Fran tbh 🙂

I complied with company regulations and relevant legal systems, but my order was judged as fraudulent. And after deducting the money, I was not provided with the corresponding service.

Fast reply as always, and solves the problem as always. As for this specific issue, I had satellite internet and couldn't connect to the server because it was IPv6. The root was found and frantech support recommended changes to `/etc/network/interfaces` which turned out to work as expected.

I have used BuyVM off and on for about 10 years now and the service it great along with the customer service. They are not typical VPS provider, so you may not see some of the bells and whistles some others, but if you know what your doing with servers its a great service - I would say its more for intermediate users vs beginners.

Fast, competent response.

BuyVM/Frantech is the real deal. The quality of the vps itself, their management system "Stallion" is awesome. Their customers service is top notch and also has a discord channel which is very active. I ultimately went with BuyVM/Frantech because of their ethics and terms and conditions that aligned to what I was looking for in a hosting company. Keep your eye open for stock availability in a region you interested in, and don't hesitate to buy a VPS when available. It's worth it.

I'm impressed with Frantech so far. The server performance is solid, and the anti-DDoS protection is effective – I've had no issues with downtime. Customer support has been quick to respond and helpful with my initial setup. Overall, a promising experience with Frantech. Other VPS providers like OVH didn't withstand the DDoS attacks, but with Frantech, we don't even notice them, Just make sure to buy a Protected IP with your VPS.

I have been a customer of BuyVM/FranTech since 2020 and I have had a great experience and am very satisfied with the services provided. BuyVM has reliable VPS hosting, great DDoS protection, a commitment to customer privacy, affordable block storage slabs, fast network (with very useful additions which I will discuss), and amazing customer service. It checks off all my boxes for a hosting service.

Privacy has always been very important to me, especially online. And one thing I really like about BuyVM is its commitment to user privacy. Their privacy policy clearly states that customer data is not shared with any third parties under any circumstance, and that they will not monitor or save any of your data without the customer's knowledge and consent. I highly appreciate this as most hosting providers don't have anything like this in their privacy policy. But BuyVM doesn't just talk the talk and put some nice words on a webpage, they show their commitment to privacy (as well as free speech) by allowing customers to host tor nodes, including exit nodes, on their VPSes. This is also something that I really appreciate, as most hosting providers do not allow Tor nodes on their network, and this just further demonstrates BuyVM's commitment to user privacy as well as support of our fundamental right to privacy, which is highly commendable especially in today's world where most companies want to violate users' privacy every chance they can get.

The networking is something that deserves to be specifically appreciated here. Two things about it specifically, one is that the IPv6 implementation here is great, each VPS gets a /48 of IPv6 address space, which is a generous allocation and is really good for splitting up your IPv6 subnet or maybe allocating some of it to a VPN tunnel. Other VPS providers give you much fewer IPv6 addresses, most give only a /64, and some give only a measly single IPv6 address. So, great job BuyVM with IPv6. Also I really appreciate how BGP sessions are included free with every VPS service. If you have a BuyVM VPS then you can do BGP with them and announce your AS and IP space through your VPS. Many other providers charge an extra fee for this.

BuyVM really stands out compared to most other hosting providers and they're always making the services better with new improvements too. Definitely go with BuyVM you won't regret it.

Server was deployed within an hour and my one support ticket so far which was for unblocking mail ports was resolved within 5 minutes. Definitely less. They are also a very strong free speech friendly provider hosting infamous sites like NAMBLA even, so your trumper blog would absolutely be safe here.
