I placed a order for a hat on Dec. 9, 2021 and have yet to receive my ordered. I have e-mailed this company several times and have not received any explanation why I have not received my order. Adding to my anger is this was suppose to be a Christmas gift. Tha last time I e-mailed them . they said they would contact me , still waiting
Do NOT buy from Buzzcrafty, Beekindy, Beekooly. I don't know if these websites are a scam or just incredibly bad product quality and customer service. I ordered a very cool looking distressed Rolling Stones embroidered hat, but I received a completely different color and style hat with such terrible embroidery it was not legible. Four emails requesting refund with no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SITES!
I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this website. Never sent the cap I ordered and very very poor customer service and very very bad communication from them. I used PayPal for the purchase so I may have a chance at getting my money back.
