They turned up to give a quotation, really professional able to tell us exactly how many vans and porters it would take, and everything that would take place on the day, supplied us with all the packaging materials that we needed, on the day everything happened like clockwork, they used covers for our sofas and so forth, and covered doors and floors, the porters were very professional calm and knew exactly what they were doing, what more could you ask for extremely happy with the service from Gareth and his team

Good idea but need to respect your data privacy
Good concept but very annoyed that within minutes of filling in the quote form I was bombarded with phone calls and texts from man-and-van services. Very intrusive and not the service I was looking for. The actual video survey was a bit painful with dodgy Wi-fi signal but we got there in the end.

It's not even one star
It's not even one star. The Movers that we used are a fraud. They charged us £420. Nobody showed up at the confirmed time. We tried to call and email. After hours we got an email that someone will be on their way. After 6h two guys showed up instead of 3 and there werent able to do the full move for us. Duo to not being able to dismantle our furniture, space in the van and other appointments. We said fine just take what you can. Once the van was full they drove off together with my boyfriend following them. They all arrived at the property. The driver didnt leave the van saying if we dont pay him he will drive off. My boyfriend called the police while they drove off. The police made them come back to our old house to leave our staff as the driver said he never got paid. Eventough we paid this company in advance. I was standing in my old place with all my stuff outside the house where they just dumped it all. It started to rain and I had to find covers and take in what could have got damaged. Then had to get another Van to be able to move. It was a Monday where most people work so we end up having to do a 2 bedroom move on our own. Noone was able to get this company. We reported them online as fraud however it is to belive we will never getting compensation. This was such a terrible experience it really shocked us to the point where I stayed home for the rest of the week. You should not recommend this service to anyone. I am not even sure if your website isn't part of these scammers.

On this occasion, these were clearly not adhered to and we will do our utmost to ensure that it will not happen again.

Not good, unfortunately - I used the comparison site Buzzmove and booked in a company called Maverix for my house move. Morning of completion they called me to say they'd be arriving at 10.15am - they never showed up despite many calls and texts, so I had to find another company at very short notice.
