Please do not!!! Use this service! They will ask you more money!!! I booked the pick up time between 10am to 6pm, but driver was rate. He said he couldn't find the post code, but i've used it for over one year and i found it on their website. Even if he said he will move it until near midnight to the destination, the time wasn't suite for me because i was out of the UK. As a result, he asked me to move my stuff to a storage, and i had to pay around £68 more for one night storage! If the driver came in time, i didn't neet to move my parcle to the storage because i have some people to get my stuff untill 11pm! I often complained it to the staff, but they ignored it. I lost more money and they distroyed my vacation as well! Please do not use this unfair company!

Good place to start your removal process
The companies returned on the search were very prompt with their initial contact. Some were more professional throughout the tender process than others, so unsure of the level of vetting beforehand. It is a useful website to start to selection process from though.

I got no results
I got no results, not suggestions at all . But I have received loads of review requests and feedback in quite an invasive way. This included a video call from someone in London one evening and a pre video call to make sure I was going to take the video call.
My interpretation is this is a start up which doesn’t have the links established for my area (north East).
I found my own solution the old fashioned way: google and a few phone calls.

Setting up the video worked okay but…
Setting up the video worked okay but thereafter it was a waste of time and added stress to an already stressful situation. No one got in touch with me and even when I chased up with Buzzmove, still no result. Might as well not have bothered.
Update: they never did!
