If I could give one star I would. Been a member of there sister sites for many years but bwin is nothing like the others. The block your account and demand photo id to release your withdrawal. Even tho the the documents I sent in is enough to verify me. They constantly email the same email over and over again. They are really bad at customer service. I've had to take the matter further as I'm not being ripped off by some low life's.

They got me to bet 2x £35 on a football match, offerings great odds for a team losing by only one goal to either win 26 to 1, or draw 11-1. As soon as I made the bets, the app updated to show that the other team now had a red card too. It remained that way until the end of the game. I lost the bet as the team initially "down" to 10 men won 2-0 in the end. Ah well, that's gambling I thought. The timing all felt very strange however, so I looked up the match on 3 different websites. The team who were suppost to have been red-carded never received one during the game. In fact, the team I bet on based on it being 11v10 men were actually the ones red-carded, meaning not only were they losing, they were also playing a man down. The "second red" never existed, it was introduced by BLose" when they realised their mistake. They took £70 of my money on false pretexts.

I kept screenshots showing the red given to the wrong team and also the imaginary second red, along with both betslips showing the odds and the exact times the bets were made.

In other words, I have the receipts.

Casino games a shear set-up to rip off people on money. I'm going to post everywehere to stay away from the rigged sophisticatedly arranged scam. One day you will pay a high price for the well covered scam. All casino directors will face high price penalties. You promote a fair games based in the RGN randomly generated numbers but it's a complete lie. Using simple probability theory your system does not work, because it's all programmed to steal your money but coverer with allegedly checked and verified system. It's all scam. Everyone who reads this please stay away from this online casino and their group like Foxy Bingo, Gala Bingo, Coral etc...

I'm aware it's a gambling site. There will be loss. But to this extent....avoid this site if you have any sense. ZERO payout. To the point I had 89 dead spins in a row, not even 10p win. NOTHING. Play somewhere else it's a ripoff and I hope bwin gets looked into. Something dodgy going on....

Worst experience ever. Firstly, their interface is not user friendly. The main thing is that the company suspended and blocked my account absolutely RANDOMLY, without quoting any specific reason. I am over 18 years old, was neither winning much nor losing.

Don't waste your money

I have spent 500 pound in the past 3 weeks, I gained 150 back but kept gambling to try and win abit more, it took all my money so now I use daily free spins when I lose to see if I can gain atleast 10 pounds back but since 3 days ago when I put 100 pounds on, I used my daily free spins and won 5 free spins but for some reason everytime I click my rewards and click my free spins it doesn't let me pick a game to use them?? Wow I’ve played some bad casinos in my time but this one is really bad joined 2 week ago deposited around 300 quid won a grand total of £2.50 and they say they can’t rig the outcome lol come off it they are 100% stay well clear another criminal outfit looking to rip you off for as much money before you inevitably close your account be warned.

Bwin cheats don't play

Layout is good, website is easy to navigate, good choice of games but wins and bonus rounds are extremely poor compared to playing the same games on other platforms. I could deposit £30 and play 20p spins on my favourite game at bwin and won’t land a bonus round or any kind of win but I can deposit £30 on a different website and play the exact same game and guaranteed to land a few bonus rounds and leave with a win. That doesn’t happen on bwin. I’m just constantly throwing away money by using the site so it’s time to close my account with them now. Absolutely shocking.

The customer service is fine, the website and markets and pay outs are fine on sportsbook.

I have had an account with betfair.com for 14 years which i have received £1000's in bonuses.

i have received 0 bonuses in 10 years as a bwin customer & i have only ever placed sportsbets.

I will never place anothet bet with this company the worse ever for customer loyalty.
