Run by Entain group who run Ladbrokes and Coral sports etc. they are criminal frauds with a history of fraud, bribery and corruption to prove it. The casino is totally manipulated for really low rtp. Don't use money here you will only lose.

My Bwin account was closed with a positive balance of EUR 1,018.87 from verified winnings (September 2020).
In 2021 Bwin confirmed by email that a manual payout could be processed, but in October 2025 they refused payment without legal reason.

I have submitted a formal complaint to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and eCOGRA with full documentation.

I hope this issue is resolved soon, but this experience shows serious issues with transparency and customer care.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a withdrawal in my life and for a small amount! They needed everything from me for verification. But multiple people were asking me and I had to keep doing it and doing it. There was also an issue that should have been easily resolved but they can’t listen to reason!
