It's getting difficult to find a gambling site that can be relied on.
Bwin is a sister site of so many such as Ladbrokes, corals and gala bingo. Too many to list but it shows that before you sign up and deposit funds you should check sister sites of the casino you want to sign up to. They don't like duplicate accounts and their combined databases will pick up on accounts with the same details. If you have self excluded from one then it could affect your account with another.
The worst thing is that you deposit and you can't withdraw without sending personal documents
As more casinos are bought up the choices we have to gamble will be massively reduced.

However, withdrawing was the worst process of all time. You can only withdraw to your original payment method, and my withdrawal repeatedly declined, and my bank said it was bwin's fault. Eventually contacted support to fix. Had to contact support 6 different times throughout the week to finally get my money. Support team barely understands English; didn't even get my name right. Prepare to explain your problem like they are 5 years old. Only option was to delete my card and use interac. Their phone line for support is also horrendous. Called 3 different times, it automatically hangs you up after 5 minutes of waiting.

So... what I dont understand is that I won funds, about 2100 EUR, (mind you, I deposited about 1400 before I received the win) and I deposited back (I know, stupid) a total of 1500 EUR within 2 days after, I asked on chat 3 times (after 500 EURs deposits each time) if there was a bonus and they all denied me. I am truly in awe about how their bonus system works. I think its very rude and not fair. So, if you ever win, you have to really deposit double of it back, maybe even 3 times before they can maybe give you a goodwill. It feels a bit like a scam, a spit in the face to be completely honest.

Do not use Bwin, I deposit £400 and within 10 minutes they closed my account without telling me! I had to chase them up they said I have been excluded on one of there sister sites that im not aware of…. So why accept my deposit and then close and not give it back?

Do not play on this site, they manually control RTP's and they have their own algorithm in the games. Not paying any single penny back. 5k is gone no freespin or bonus nothing at all.

Absolutely no problem using this site for slots. Verification process was smooth withdrawal process was quickly processed into my bank account.
