I ordered the Adjustable Dumbell 2.0 December 4. When I placed my order, the website said it was in stock and expected shipping was 2-3 weeks. After I checked out, I got a message about delays but that the estimated shipping was 3-4 weeks. The dumbbells arrived 7 weeks after I ordered them. I contacted customer service a few times before they arrived, and all they did was assure me they would arrive and make promises that were not met. Once they arrived, one of the plastic bases was broken. The base is 100% required for full functioning of the product (the weights will not come off without the piece that broke in shipping). Again, I contacted them expressing my disappointment. They assured me they’d send me a new base, and estimated 2-3 weeks. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t even gotten shipping notification. The one dumbell that works is nice. But I’m super frustrated with the whole experience.

I ordered from them a month ago. I understand COVID shipping delay however I am now worried this may be a scam site because when I logged into my account, I can't find anything about my order which I paid for in full the same day I ordered. Today their site shows my item is not in stock.

I ordered my equipment 6 weeks ago and despite me continuously checking in to see if I was sent a tracking number, I’ve gotten nothing but “due to covid your order is delayed” and they don’t seem to care that they have completely wasted 6 weeks of my time and have no intention of sending me any equipment.

Your dumbbells are less than 6 months old. Hit the floor and the plastic locking rings shattered. Junk. I want my money back or a replacement. Happy to send pictures of their shoddy workmanship if you like.

Incredibly frustrating. I have waited four months for the dumbbells to arrive. One excuse after another and nothing. Sure I got emails telling me two more weeks... every two weeks. But after months I didn’t get them so I canceled my order. Ten days after that I have not gotten my money back and Kira is telling me it’s my problem. This is the worst run company I have ever done business with and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Easy to hold...My Adjustable dumbbells are great...The package arrived a bit damaged from shipping but the dumbbells held up well.

Love my equipment. It's definitely worth the wait and the customer support is great. They constantly update you along the way so you know whats going on with your order.

Well, it took 3 months to receive (was told 4-6 weeks upfront). The locking mechanism on one of the dumbbells is not smooth, and it takes effort to slide it to differen't weight settings. It also only took a couple weeks for one of the discs to come loose while I was working out. I got hit in the toe by that disc and am lucky it's not broken (I hope, just extremely purple). Do yourself a favor and buy some regular weights.

Great variety of products. Really like the adjustable dumbbells! Was looking to buy multiple pairs of traditional dumbbells at different weight levels but then came across BWSS. It's one pair with a dial to adjust the weight and it really saved me a lot of space and money!

Best dumbbell set ever!! Great product made well. Makes my home gym perfect. BWSS stands behind their product, great customer service and shipped on time. Very happy.

I came across BWSS a few months ago and ended up placing an order, which came right in time for Christmas. Hands down the best Christmas gift I could have asked for. The first step to my home gym is complete. Thanks BWSS!

Purchased the BWSS Adjustable Dumbbell Mini Set, 25lbs adjustable and was very disappointed in the quality of the dumbbells'. There is a very thin plastic sheath that moves back and forth to select the weights. This could and likely will break through normal use or at the slightest bump, which will make the dumbbell worthless. Further the weight selection lever can move even when outside of the weight holders, so if you bump that or have kids that could bump it, you'll likely drop a plate off the dumbbell.

Contacted the company about my concerns, they said I would need to pay for return shipping and have them delivered to them within 14 days. Considering they tool 3 months to deliver to me, I'd say avoid them all together.

We do have the Bow Flex adjustable 52.5 lbs dumbells and they are fantastic. We'll be buying another set of those or a standalone set.

Bought adjustable dumbbells and within a few months one set was jammed and became unusable. I emailed them, and got one response asking for a video of the issue. After that I havent heard back from them and have emailed many times. Expensive piece of crap, and they havent shown any initiative to fix the issue

BWSS had the best price on the items I ordered. Given the shipping difficulties due to Covid-19, and vaccine distribution, I knew the timeliness of delivery would be delayed. BWSS always kept me updated on status of my items, so I didn’t have to initiate any contacts with them. Their updates were much appreciated. I didn’t feel like I was ignored like I experienced with other companies.

One of the adjustable dumbbells I purchased broke and I reached out to customer care for assistance. I purchased a replacement set not expecting to get a response. To my surprise I received a response within a day. After communicating my issue they offered to replace the dumbbell at no charge and cancel the replacement dumbbells I had ordered. The team went above and beyond in helping to remediate my issue. The customer service, quality of product and the reasonable prices makes BWSS a place you must visit for your home fitness product needs!

Great service recovery. My first set of dumbells arrived chipped. It was clearly the fault of UPS as the boxes were beat-up upon arrival. I sent pics to BWSS and without argument, they sent me a new pair and I love them. Essential to any home gym for serious fitness.

Garbage quality and manufacturing. Bought the 90lb weights and the rack and regret spending the money. Only purchased bc I couldn't find it in stores due to covid. Will probably donate to a youth center or something once I can find the real bowflex product which is clearly what this was stolen from. Plus delivery took 4-5 months. What's the point?

BUYER BEWARE! This is a scam company. 8 weeks and no sign of our order. I paid the price gouging amount for an item that was said to be “in stock” and now nothing but delays. Literally 2 months and there still isn’t even a tracking number. It’s always “next week”. It seems like they sell items the don’t actually have for 4x the value to suckers like me and then try to source it from somewhere in the world... maybe that works sometimes but not for me. I bought the 90lb adjustable weights.

I have been using their kettlebell for about a few months and to be quite honest it's pretty terrible but better than nothing. There are six 5 pound plates which would make the total 30 not 40 lbs like I ordered. I'm assuming the base is about 10lbs to make up the difference, but there was no information about this included, on the website, or via customer service.

Putting the plates on and off is not easy. It's very clunky and I often struggle to open up the lock. Third, when I do any movement with anything less than 40 lbs, the plates seem like they are about to fling off even though they are supposedly locked. Based on the quality of this, I don't trust that they will stay in place, which makes for a nervy workout.

And last, but most importantly, I can't do any normal workout moves like bicep curls or push presses because the plastic base cuts into my arms. I finish my workout with cuts and bruises because I was just trying to do a press with your kettlebell and the base is cutting into me. It makes it impossible to use this to workout, and I am extremely disappointed.

I outlined these same concerns to customer service and they were no help.

Though it took longer than expected to receive my weights, they were well worth the wait. These weights are adjustment and not bulky so regardless of the weight you are using, they mimic dumbbells I use in the gym. Customer service was also excellent along the way to update me on shipping delays and were my weights were. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
