The service and product are both truly outstanding! BWSS delivered, kept me up to date on all shipping matters, and has excellent customer service. I have recommended to everyone I know looking to purchase gear!

The price was right when I was doing research to expand our home gym. My roommates and I have been using them for 2 weeks now and have enjoyed the ease of changing the weight on the fly to make more attainable progress with pushing yourself during sets. No issues thus far. You do have to get used to how wide these dumbbells are to accommodate all the various weight plates, but it's the trade off of having a far more affordable and compact of a home gym.

The packaging was top notch for shipping, industrial custom foam and the boxes came strapped shut to assure no issues in distribution. Great communication from the BWSS team with the shipment timing and providing a tracking number as soon as it became available.

Quality products. Worth the wait, but still took forever. Good customer service.

The main reason for this rating is the time it took for UPS to pick up the items and get the order to us! It should not take 6 weeks from ordering to fulfill that order!

Despite all the COVID-19 shipping delays industry wide, my dumbells arrived in about 3 weeks which was not bad at all. High quality materials. Fairly simple to set up and use. Space saver. Nice base. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Delivery has taken an eternity and I still don’t have all of my products that I ordered. I will never shop from this place again. I’m okay with a week or two week delivery window, but 3 months?!? Unreal

Don’t order as a gift and ship to your house . Tracking was off, showed up a day early .. ( normally would be nice ) but was a Christmas pleasant and wasn’t expecting that day . My fiancé got home first and the whole out side of the box in HUGE letter says BARBELLS why would you put barbells on the box that big ? There was no hiding it 🤦🏼‍♀️ They are not cheap and now his big x mass presant is ruined . So I feel obligated to buy him something else, to open Christmas morning. I just wish when purchasing during the holiday season, there would have been a better warning that the box comes shipped this way . Just a heads up and alittle help

The product was delivered on time (delayed for Covid of course) and the adjustable weight set works great.

I love my dumb-bells!!! It's really really hard to find dumbbells right now and they're so expensive. I saw the add for the adjustable BWSS dumb-bells and was intrigued. For me, if I got the 3-4 sets of different weights I wanted, that would've cost more than this set alone (and taken up more space). They're comfortable, easy to use, and easy to unpack. They brought me some motivation and excitement in my workout this week. LOVE THEM!

Awesome product so far. Service was great and was continually kept in the loop for shipping delays. Also, this was the best priced product on the market by far, with free shipping. Could be happier with my space saving dumbbells.

This is what the website says, "In stock and ships immediately. Current delivery is 2-4 weeks due to Covid-19"

It took 8 weeks to just be shipped from China.

Then I get this, "1) Please remember that while our shipping is estimated to be 3-4 weeks from the date you ordered, backups due to Coronavirus may cause delays of 1 -2 weeks. 2) This label means your order has arrived in California and is waiting to be picked up by UPS 3) It is normal for packages to get split up during shipment. So if you only get 1 item, the others will arrive soon after."

So website says it's ready to be "shipped immediately", email message, when it does finally ships, says, "3-4 weeks to ship" with "1-2 weeks" delays. The worst case scenario in this message is 6 weeks.

It is now supposedly somewhere in California - since Nov 24. Today's date is Dec 10, and UPS still has not received the shipment - only a label has been generated.

I ordered the product on Sept 27... still not here.

I had a similar interaction on another product I ordered from them - it took far longer than expected to arrive. The products are good, their shipping information is a joke. If you don't mind waiting MONTHS to receive your item then go ahead and order.

Slow delivery. Several weeks/months delay beyond what they originally stated in their email.

Great idea - easy to change the weight selection.
Am pleased with the stand also.
Makes it easier to have small ‘home gym’ set up as it takes up little room and is tidy.
I knew was going to take a long time to get here and it really did take a while. Was glad when it finally arrived. It was packed well.
