Don’t know where to start, I can’t recommend this company enough, especially the CEO Alexandra who accommodates you from beginning to end her customer service is excellent, everyone’s is can’t fault them at all.

With just a slight hiccup in what I received in my order I cringed at the thought of dealing with customer service. WOW! I sure was wrong! The customer support with this company is top notch! They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Hands down the best support I've received from a company. Even after my issue was resolved they reached out to ensure I was happy.

I felt so felt well taken care of even from afar. Jonna Hansson from By Crea noticed my order and emailed me to double check the height of the Freja barstools that I ordered. This was incredibly helpful as I had ordered the wrong size that would’ve been too tall for my kitchen island. Sent a thank you email to Jonna explaining that I’m an American Swede that wanted to feel closer to my family’s culture and she honored that in the email. Incredible customer service all around. Workmanship and design both very good. We are delighted with the stools in our kitchen. They were properly and expertly packed. We had a problem with a split delivery and the company was very responsive and stayed on it. It was quickly resolved.

I bought the freja bar stools. When I had a questions about the product I received a quick and thorough response. They were shipped quickly and when I received them I was thrilled they were packaged well and required no assembly. The quality of the product is amazing and the bar stools are very comfortable.

The stools are beautiful and seem very well made. They came quickly and were expertly packaged. No assembly required. When I ordered these stools, the listing said they would arrive in 10 days, but it actually took around 2 months to receive them. The company did reach out and offer to upgrade the shipping to air freight for an additional cost, which I understand given current global delays. I appreciate the effort to accommodate, but it did feel like I had to email multiple times to get updates—and it wasn’t until I left a review that the stools were finally delivered.

That said, once they arrived, I was genuinely impressed. They came fully assembled (which was amazing) and the quality is truly great. I’m very happy with the final product, just wish the communication and shipping experience had been smoother.

Excellent customer service, quality and style

We received our two Philip Bar Stools. They are as nice or nicer than shown in the pictures online. They fit perfectly in our space not only form and function, but the color blends extremely well. Lastly, the quality is unbelievable, two of the best chairs we’ve ever owned or used. Thank you for being a solid artist!
