Quick ordering. Downside couldn’t order via mobile site so not quite convenient. Did find the chat function really good as response was quick despite it being late evening

This is best read in conjunction with my first review which is at the bottom.

I have now had the wishbone chairs for about 6 months and they are falling apart. I contacted the support team to ask how I can tighten the string (that makes the seat). After two or three weeks (I guess its hard to get a response from Chinese manufacturers), they told me the chairs could not be maintained and the problem was innevitable. Danish Wishbone chairs have good materials and workmanship - we have some that have been used daily for about a decade with no problems.
byKallevig imitation wishbone chairs are very poor quality and the string (seat) stretches until they become unusable. We paid £150 per chair for just 6 months use. Next time I will buy direct from Aliexpress for £20.36 each.

*** byKallevig support team response : '... the paper ropes will become loose after the chair has been used and there’s no way to fix it without taking the ropes apart and reweaving them.'***

I purchased 4 Wishbone chairs a few weeks ago. Delivery was great - sooner than expected.
Two of the chairs were slightly uneven. I contacted customer support and they immmediately sent out replacements. Great customer service and great chairs.
(The chairs arrive packed in pairs, so maybe one pair was damaged in transit?).
Anyway, I now have 4 good looking and reasonably priced Danish style dining room chairs. Very happy.

Great chairs, ordered 4 at first, one was slightly faulty and they promptly replaced it. Just ordered more chairs to complete the set for a bigger table.

Second desk ordered! Quality of desk is great and scratch resistant. Motor is quiet and functionality to store 4 presets is a bonus. Would highly recommend.

easy to order, competitively priced (same price as I found on an auction site for a 'return' or imperfect version).

Easy checkout nice quality desk for cheap ish

A powered stand up desk is a fantastic investment! Works and can be worked from brilliantly.
Initially informed of 12wk lead time, and accepted this. Trouble is, website suggests delivery will be in a couple of days, with this date incrementally increasing day by day. Upon email request, was given a more accurate timeline. Then was contacted asking if I would accept an alternative which I agreed to. DHL took their time delivering, and whilst sizing correct, desk top was not (revised) colour expected. Not a problem as it was the colour I was after anyway!
Instructions could be far clearer. Two of us are pretty good with Ikea style instructions, but these are a step beyond that! Take time, read all steps and then tackle.
End result is great. OK, top was clearly laminated in a dusty environment, but overall, a great working place. Recommended!

Fell in love with the pictures and description of the Wishbone Chairs on your excellent website, just had to have them! Really struggled to choose which colour but finally chose the oak. Just love the design, know I won’t be disappointed. Ordering process very easy and straightforward.
