1st horrible experience I faced …
I would be very happy without even a star.
I bought Ultra litter attractant my cat didn't care about it so I bought your Ultra Unscented to mix it with like you advised and still my cat didn't seem to be attracted to it at all, not just that.
both litter are expensive and i paid next day delivery for the second one which the DPD guys didn't try to deliver it and said that they tried 3 times and didn't think not even once to leave a card as a proof even though its a building with 3 floors and different companies so its always someone to open the door.
in the end i had to walk a mile to collect it and argue with the ignorant shop keeper because they put the company name" James Taylor" instead of my name so he refused to give me the parcel till after 15mins arguments and show him a proof of the mistake and had to walk back with a heavy parcel with bloody high heels on... Hated your stupid company. never had this kind of problem in my life.

As we discussed by email, we fulfilled your next delivery order on SUNDAY and we've been told by DPD that they had 3 delivery attempts before making collection only service. and we just checked the records of the label printed on the box, there did have your name as the main contact followed up with your company name and address. This entire shipping address is exactly same as the info you provided when you made the order.
We hope your cat enjoys our product and we feel pity to see the review along with our quick response through email. We do apologise for any inconvenience because of the DPD and thanks for your shopping with us anyway.

Excellent scratching post
I bought this to replace a traditional much-loved (and used) cat scratcher. She loves this one even more - scratches it all the time and often uses the base as a handy seat when not scratching. It's much nicer looking and discreet than its predecessor. It's held up well under use so far and the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Easy to use website. Building up their product slowly but they seem to have the right ethics. Easy to order and had a £10 voucher off when signing up. Slightly expensive food for a dog but good quality so hope they do more offers.
