Found a great deal to visit Canada. BYOJet made it easy to make the booking from their platform. It provides additional options during the booking which is great.

This is the second time I have used BYOJet to purchase flights the first was hassel free because no change was required this was 18 months ago. The most recent flight I booked was again a very simple Australia New Zealand return, however I wanted to change the first part of the flight to fly into a different city and after numerous attempts to contact them (They don't make contact easy) I was told I would have to loose that booking and rebook for more than double my original cost. I decided to leave the booking as it was and I booked a different flight with the airline direct for the date and city I wanted to fly into. leaving the return flight as the original. When I called BYOjet a day before I was flying home to confirm luggage allowance they advised me that my flight was forfeited because I didn't take the original flight from Australia. I tried to understand why but was given no explanation. I hung up and called the airline who advised that my original booking was still active and that I was booked to return as planned. BYOjet are not clear nor do they tell you the truth. I was very close to purchasing another flight to get home, I'm so glad I didn't. I suppose the lesson here is you get what you pay for with BYOjet. They are a cheap flight reseller not a travel agent so beware when booking and make sure you take out appropriate travel insurance and don't trust them when paying extra for flexible flights getting a refund from them would be almost impossible.

It works until it doesn't, and their customer service is horrible. You may save some money in a few ticket to then loose it when you need a change (unless you have time, money and patience) to follow up legally... not worth the hassle.
BTW their socials have been dead for years! I should have seen the warning sign and "pay more" directly to the airline :|

Their website appears to have glitched out and booked both my outbound and return flights for the same day.
I immediately contacted their customer service team to rectify the issue. I was informed I would have to pay a change fee, I felt this was unfair as I believed it was a website glitch, and I had notified them immediately.
I was the informed they were unable to waive the fee as there was no supervisor present due to it being a weekend.
Overall poor experience, and I would never book with them again. Lesson learned.

I recently purchased tickets through Byojet. On October 29, 2025, I booked three separate flights for my family, totaling approximately $6,878.76. The following day, I noticed that the fares for the same flights had decreased by approximately $116 per person, resulting in an overall difference of about $800.
Upon discovering this discrepancy, I promptly contacted Byojet customer service team to inquire about the possibility of canceling and rebooking at the lower fare. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I also asked whether it would be possible to issue flight credits to reflect the fare difference, but this request was also denied.
I am disappointed that Byojet current policy does not allow fare adjustments within 24 hours of booking, as many other travel agencies provide this flexibility. It is discouraging as a customer to experience a significant fare reduction so soon after purchase without any available remedy. This situation has left me dissatisfied with the level of customer service and flexibility.
I had to make three separate bookings due to system errors encountered during the initial booking process.
As a frequent traveler, I had planned to continue booking future flights through your platform. However, this experience has caused me to reconsider, as I am now hesitant to make further reservations without confidence in fair pricing or responsive customer support.
