This company is a scam. I reached out to them to organise the return of my order, I first got an email with an answer offering me to keep the coat but get 50% of the price refunded or send back the coat.
The moment I told them I wanted to return the coat and a full refund, they stopped answering and started ghosting me. They are not respecting their legal obligations.
Do not order anything from that website!
