Cambridge University Press Melbourne office is incredibly rude disparaging and unprofessional to deal with. They feel as if they have a monopoly over some of the mandatory kids text books so they treat their customers like dirt. I spoke to the most insufferable woman who didn't want to help me with my order. In the end their service took much longer than had I used third parties I was treated awfully and the mixed up the text books. If I could give them a minus star rating I would. Maybe it's better internationally, I don't know, but the Australian branch is the worst.

The problem I had with Cambridge Press now successfully solved. My refund has been received.

This is not the first time I buy from them. In both times, shipping and purchasing issues appeared (all orders, it seems, are printed on demand, and take at least two weeks, or much more; credit card payments get cancelled because they aren't confirmed, and off you go placing the order again). CUP really needs to improve their service. It is much easier (and faster!) just to go to Amazon and get the book.

Ordering system appalling. Lost payment, didn't contact me. I chased, they said would call, failed, tried again, they called this time but couldn't take payment after all over the phone. I've cancelled the order and won't use them again.
