As far as customer support it is 5 out…

As far as customer support it is 5 out of a 5, but for me trying out my new Byrna I haven't tried shooting it quite yet. I am thinking about buying a shooting tent so I can practice on my shooting.

A REAL Customer Service Experience

I had viewed BYRNA on The HUCKABEE Show on TBN. That’s when I decided to make a BYRNA purchase. Lol the discount helped too! I called Customer Service where Rachael told me of different bundles available. She also informed me that Amazon Prime might not ship BYRNA to CA. They don’t. I called Customer Service back & Sam helped me make my choices. Although I missed the cutoff date to receive BYRNA by Christmas…. I found out earlier today it’s on its way!
Now,THATS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I made a call to customer service to…

I made a call to customer service to find out where my missing product was. I ordere 4 items and only got 3. I was told it had not shipped. I was then told it would ship this week, sometime. I accepted that with a complant that Bryna should have told me it would be late. The Byrna rep. (Samanta) agreed that I shoulld have gotten notification. Shortly after I hung up from the call I recieved an email saying the missing product had been shipped. I recieved the product in less tah 24 hours after I talked to Samanta. Now that is what I call customer service. Way to go Samanta. I am positive she pushed some buttons.

Best service ever!!

Website was very informative and easy to understand. I wanted help to complete my order since I was buying three. ( 2 X-mas gifts) I received GREAT customer service from Maria! I had a lot of questions as I bought most of the optional accessories for all three launchers. She answered all my questions with ease. The process was nice and easy and I thank God that there are people like Maria in the world! Thanks again!!!

Just an old mans opion

Just an old mans opion. Here is what i sent today to them about what they think is an awsome sale....Wow these prices.... and you cant even give any amo. I like your product but glad other companies are hitting the market. Im sorry i really like your products but cant help that its GREED or you need a better supplier. I think its an insult that you cant even trow in some amo and think its a great deal.
THANKS FOR RESPONDING BUT I GUESS YOU DONT GET IT. FOR THIS PRICE OF YOUR "FLASH SALE"YOU CANT EVEN PUT IN SOME AMO...CHEAP OR GREED IN MY OPION. My last order couldn’t be delivered by…USPS

My last order couldn’t be delivered by USPS and was returned to sender. I called Customer Service and Kayla, a very nice and competent person fixed everything right away, resent my order a different way.
My order arrived and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Kayla for such a pleasant experience. I wish all customer service was this good.

Kayla P and Jordan H are beyond great employees

Kayla P and Jordan H deserve a huge end of year bonus. They have been communicative throughout the entire process, which I thought I caused. However, apparently it was one of those rare manufacturing issues but they both have been beyond helpful and available with all my questions! I told Jordan that other than Amazon I don’t know I have ever dealt with 2 better customer service technicians than Kayla and Jordan. Bryna is blessed to have them and saved me as a customer, which will be spending thousands more.

Error on website, wrong product received.

I made a purchase for A Byrna LE model which was advertised with a 7 projectile clip for Canada. Once received, 5 projectile clips were received. I reached out to customer support hoping they would make good on their customer service promises. After 8 messages , Byrna acknowledged it was advertised incorrectly yet refused to send me the larger clips. They removed the wording, and once doing so escalated my complaint to Will H., a supervisor who in certain words , asked me to show him where I saw this. Of course it ( the wording ) was now removed and Will replied that I received what is NOW advertised. Im not happy, that a large company refuses to keep the customer happy despite their acknowledgement of their error.

The Byrna LE has not been offered with 7 round magazines since January of 2024.

The customer did find and share a link to a old blog post/video that was nearly 2 years old that stated 7 round magazines were included as this was before we changed the kit contents.

Byrna thanked the customer for pointing out this outdated video and removed this blog post.

The LE product page where customers add this kit to their cart and make their purchase does clearly state that the Byrna LE includes 5 round magazines and does not mention 7 round magazines or state that 7 round magazines are included.

Byrna always encourages customers to reach out before ordering if there are any questions about what is included in a certain kit.

Could’ve bought a Byrna launcher…

Could’ve bought a Byrna launcher locally But I called them instead. No long wait time they answered quickly, spoke to a woman named Sam. I Highly recommend you call and talk to her. Knowledgeable, informative, Helpful. Outstanding Sam.
