Rachel was amazing

Rachel was amazing! She was incredibly patient with all my questions. She gave me thoughtful recommendations for another order for my Byrna SD launcher. Including the full size target and extra kinetic rounds for practice AND use! How cool! She was very knowledgeable, kind and I could understand her (unlike so many customer service professionals now adays). Very efficient as well. I just can't say enough about how great she was with this potentially complicated process.

I was having issues placing and order…

I was having issues placing and order online and called to leave a message for assistance. The following morning, I received a phone call and quickly completed a purchase. The lady I spoke with was very easy to talk with and her knowledge helped.

Rachel Is The Best!

Rachel knew all the answers to my questions and even looked up a Houston-based military surplus store with a holster/Molle clip for my LE launcher (plus laser) that wasn't available at Byrna. Plus, she was very personable. Mr. Byrna, please put her in for a raise!

Byrna Shipping problem and support personnel

The Byrna support personnel, e.g. Rachel McBride, did a great job fielding concerns over shipping problems where an oil reservoir leaked. It’s an imperfect world, and it’s really appreciated when retailers make the effort to partner with consumers – – win-wins are huge for building trust and respect. Thank you!

Rachael was amazing in customer service...

Rachael was amazing in customer service. I'm a health professional and I don't often get this kind of service even from my suppliers. She was friendly, honest when specific questions were asked of her and yet very professional in her replies. She could teach other customer reps. a thing or two.

I bought the new Byrna launcher

I bought the new Byrna launcher, life size target pack. The target tent was defective. Contacted Byrna and they immediately responded with replacement. That is standing by your product. Plus the launcher is a great addition to our family protection. My wife is so much more comfortable using this non-lethal weapon. And she is getting very good at it even at 50ft. I am looking forward to DOJ g business with Byrna.

Had a issue and Byrna fixed it quickly

Had a few problems with my Byrna LE I called customer service and spoke with Rachel she was quick to help me with my problems and didn't give me any issues at all unlike most other vendors. She took care of me quick and easy and was very nice. Shows how much Byrna cares about there customers

A Totally Satisfied Customer! 🙂

I was so very pleased and impressed with the customer service I received from Ms. Rachel McBride! She was extremely cordial, professional and helpful. She showed genuine interest in assisting me every step of the way and promptly responded to all of my emails, addressing every question of my concerns. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase one of the world's BEST none lethal self-defense weapons to contact the Byrna HD Team immediately!!! You will not be disappointed!!! If you're lucky, Rachel McBride will be there to assist and provide your every needs. 🙂

I bought the Byrna for a present for my…

I bought the Byrna for a present for my wife on November 15th and she did not want it, so I went to return it and they only accept returns a 14 days after the sale. Mind you, it was never used and is unopened. These guys have horrible customer service.

Tremendous customer service!

I ordered four guns for Christmas presents and there was a shipping problem (my fault not theirs) . They immediately responded and took care of my problem with no questions asked. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever received better. Customer service with any company I have dealt with. Maria was the agent that handled my problem with professionalism and empathy.I spoke with Rachael today to verify some information and she was excellent as well. It is a tremendous product and stellar customer service. I will be a customer for life!
