I booked a return on 25 September. They took the money and three weeks later, there is no return and nothing but broken promises. No one picks up the phone.

Used the company since 2018 and it was all smooth until 2022.
Last year I left all my belongings in their storage with a long term contract. One month ago I needed one suitcase from the storage and they could not find it. Yesterday I had the collection of all items scheduled and same happened as with many other people here on trustpilot - team 'could not locate the items'.
My main concern is that they do not answer the phone to discuss the situation and the reply on the chat is bot-like, uninformative.
Not sure what further steps to take, contacted their co-founders on linkedin. Consider speaking to the solicitor and maybe going to police. With them not answering the phone it looks like a big scam really, maybe they just sold my items. I hope it was a genuine mistake, but this hope dies quickly.

Movers collected my items, including 2 mattresses and a computer screen and boxes. I paid for packing materials but the movers somehow decided that it was okay not to wrap the mattresses in the protective packing. When one of the mattresses was returned it was covered in dirt, sagging and had a clear dirty boot print from being trodden on by someone.The mattress was unusable and computer screen was damaged on one side and unusable too. I contacted STORED by email the same day I received the return and was told they would not provide a full refund of the mattress but would pay for the damaged mattress to be cleaned instead if I found and sent a quote! Appauling service. Do not use them.
Don't make the same mistake I did!
I never write reviews, but I want to be sure people don't make the same mistake I did in using this company. This was very easily the worst experience I've ever had with a company; from beginning to end things were handled poorly, communication was terrible (if it happened at all), I was drastically overcharged from what is advertised on the site, and several of my items are broken/lost.
To start with, I waited for the entire day for pickup, called 27 times (I wish I was exaggerating), and heard nothing from the company. I had booked my storage weeks in advance, so there was no reason for the company not showing up. This happened on the day I was meant to be leaving my flat and travelling, and I had to push back both my move out and my travel, costing me quite a lot. Then, when they did arrive the next day (after many nagging calls and emails from my end), they were very rude, dropping my items in front of me and damaging the walls and floor in my flat (for which I had to pay my landlords). I stored the items for 5 weeks, and then was charged for 8 weeks, with the only response being 'we charge monthly', despite this being advertised much differently on their site. The company then charged me £110 to return my items, and when they arrived to return them, many of the boxes were broken and had items falling out of them, three of my suitcases are ripped, and my television no longer works. In addition to this, the man dropping off my items asked me 'why would you want to live here?' and 'how much do you pay for somewhere with only one bathroom and on a noisy street?'.
I'm in the process of speaking with a solicitor about next steps, but while I await to pursue other avenues, I am simply sharing my experience here in hopes that people see this and choose literally any other moving/storage company.

We are over £600 out of pocket as we are being told their insurance won't cover the missing items and have been offered a nominal sum as compensation.
They arrived over 5 hours late dropping off, rushed the delivery and didn't provide paperwork.
Be warned, the reason they beat other prices is cheaper labour. If you value your belongings then look elsewhere.
To the head of customer services and your team. Try resolving the issues with your clients, they aren't going to go away if you ignore it!

This company is a disgrace, do not do business with them under any circumstances. They have failed to deliver my property back to me, despite confirming, in black and white, two separate dates this week that they were going to do so. They don't answer the phone and will only correspond on email with suitably vague lies about whey they think it's ok to take money out of my account for a service they have not been able to provide. They are thieves!

Do not use STORED. We had the worst experience with them. They have "lost" many of our items and are completely unresponsive. It seems they either are really bad at storing items and keeping track of where they put them, or that they are simply in the business of reselling items they receive for storage. They have damaged many of the items they did manage to return. Overall horrible experience. Will never work with them again.

This company is just utterly useless. If you read the reviews it seems great, but pay attention to the fact that all that the people review is the collection - which is fine.
Its what happens after the collection where this company becomes a complete shitshow. I timed my collection and made photos of documentation where the driver signed in and out of my house - the collection and loading being under 12 minutes.
A day after, however, STORED had charged me an additional 49 pounds because the loading supposedly took 20 minutes. Even if this would have been the case - communicate, sign of on the additional time together, dont just stab your customer in the back the day after when you have no agency anymore. Honestly for someone offering a student service - which i used in particular - you would expect a little bit of minding the additional charges and not just jump at any unreasonable opportunity to charge the customer more.
When i tried to argue with customer service that this was a charge i shouldn't have gotten, nobody replied anymore. They just went awol.
In addition, my storage inventory never updated - i hope that all my stuff is there, but i have no idea for sure. An email after this hadn't been updated after multiple weeks also led to no reply.
Charges by the company come in little bites - instead of charging you once for the amount of money you owe, they charge small chunks where in the end you have no idea whats what anymore or how much the total is. Even if this eventually amounts to the same number you are supposed to pay each month, why on earth would you not just charge someone once for ease and transparency?

This is a great concept with poor delivery.
Inexperient staff answered my questions and gave me the wrong estimates on the service I needed.
On the day of collection, I waited all day and the team arrived at 8 pm, with one rude and creepy man, swearing all the time instead of working. They didn't even finish the service because the van was too small. It was very uncomfortable as a single woman to find myself with two rough and unprofessional-looking strangers in my flat until close to midnight. He even asked me where I was going to spend the night, I said it was close by and when I left my flat 30m after they left and the van was parked in my street, I was scared!!
I was so frustrated and had to chase the office to confirm someone would collect the rest of my things the following day as I had to hand over my flat.
The next day it was a completely different experience with a respectful and professional team, that worked swiftly.
When I needed to return again two teams, two different days after I specifically requested to have all one visit. And then they could not find some of my things, the beds arrived but some parts were missing and the support team was appalling.
I made a complaint and the support them stopped answering my calls or replying to my emails, I am sure they kept one bag as retaliation. After a week the same creepy guy came to my new flat to bring the missing bag, (after I had complained and been assured that the management listened to all the calls) and my skin was crawling just thinking of him in my house assembling my bed of all things. It was an awful experience.
I definitely do not recommend it, especially for single ladies.

Terrible experience, but **UPDATE** they refunded me about $300 by way of apology.
I paid for Stored to return my goods to me last month and they are still charging me for empty storage space.
It also took them over 5 months of persistent emails, calls and voicemails to return my goods and cost me $5,000 to ship a few boxes to the US, but that is another review..
***UPDATE*** STORED sent me $450 to cover the $180 they should never have charged me and $270 by way of an apology for the service I had received.
Still could only recommend avoiding them but it was nice to get a small refund.

Borderline theft
Booked a storage unit 4 weeks in advance.
I get a call 4 days before collection day letting me know that it would not be possible to provide service to my area. (ISSUE #1, couldn't you have called before)
I find another service and continue my life.
1 day before the original collection day they charge me for 109£.
My account has no active storage units, I can't access anything, the page doesn't work.
This is borderline theft.
I am being charged the full amount for a service YOU cancelled.
Not only was this a big inconvenience because of the late cancellation, but you are also taking my money for nothing.

Super delivery and removal people
The first time Stored moved me the two wonderful men that did the job were superb and really helpful
Today Ahmed and sarfraz my delivery guys rang to say they were on their way and again two really nice men who went out their way to do an incredible job . They moved quickly never moaned and were just so nice and professional. .
. When I move next time or need something stored I would blessed to have these two men do the job.
Stored I would recommend but they do a five star job picking up and delivering Dealing with them on line and getting your things back is a little more of a struggle more 2 star
But with people like Ahmed and sarfraz working for them. you can not go wrong .

More than two months and Stored has not…
More than two months and Stored has not been able to locate my items in their warehouse for return.
Customer service has been very unhelpful, and has only suggested that I make a claim for my lost items.

1. Many items returned with damaged: my marble table come back edges tipped off, scratches and marks all over the surface. They do not handle your items with care at all! It has been over half a year and they are ignoring my request for compensation for the damage!!
2. They rescheduled my return 6times and always a few hours AFTER they were meant to deliver. Absolutely unreliable company!! I had to live without a dining table for weeks because of this and sat at home all day for all of these 6times they ended up canceling. And I paid extra for these specific delivery times!!!
3.They owe me half a month of storage cost. They never paid me back the money they owe me for getting a return within the first 14days of a month.
