Poor courier and unhelpful customer service
Issue mainly down to courier DHL who ‘tried’ to deliver 3 times but due to a nearby road closure, refused to try to go around it and just said they could not access the property. They offer no contact methods. Amazon, yodel & postman have all managed to get to us. Sadly I made two calls to BTB and both times they had little interest in discussing the situation or trying to resolve. A week later I have no idea what is going on with my order.
