Only received half my order, with no communication about the rest. Tried calling several times, but no answer plus emails wity no response. I had to apply for a refund for the missing items from PayPal.

I have received my order…
DHL have attempted deliver twice, not left with a neighbour and also didn’t take the items to a local pick up point which I requested after the first attempt. I’ve been to local pick up points to see if the order is there, it’s not and now neither of the card numbers they left through my door are being recognised on DHL’s tracking system. I now have no idea where my order is.
