The printer has problems but support was right there to solve my problem. I know I will have a first class printer soon. If I have a problem with it they will be there. Not every company does this.

Everything I've ordered from Elegoo Canada has arrived and been exactly what I ordered/wanted. I once bought a part from the big "A" and unfortunately it arrived as something someone had already taken what the needed and then returned it, so it did not work. The only reason I give the review 4 stars is I am not thrilled with the "upsell" of guaranteed delivery, it just feels wrong, like a fast food restaurant asking for a tip.

I bought this filament. My first time and I am quite impressed with it. Bought and used PLA and made a 7 day pill organizer with 4 daily compartments. Turned out great.

I have bought multiple printers from a lot of companies and with prices ranging from 400$ to almost 10 000$.

At first, I was doubting Elegoo because it had cheap prices and I disliked Creality a lot so I thought they might be similar.

I ended up buying filament at first, it was cheap and amazing. Then I bought a resin printer, worked perfectly. Okay I'll try a laser ingraver, also worked well. Decided to buy a filament printer, best printer I ever had, I can't even comprehend how it fails less often than my 7000$ printer.

From this point on, if Elegoo sold what I needed, I bought it from them, no questions asked.

There is one thing that happened, I bought neptune 4 hardened nozzles from them and it was probably soft steel because they got worn super fast. They send me another pack for free so I'm happy. And I have a Centauri Carbon that has been printing fiber reinforced filaments for over 500 hours and I never changed the nozzle so it's probably just the Neptune 4 hardened nozzle that are made from a weak alloy.

And another small thing is that on their PAHT-CF page it says smoother surface than the competition but it's actually way worse and clogs on a 0.4mm nozzle. However it prints fine on a 0.6mm and the prints are incredibly strong so I suspect they used longer fibers than normal to make it super strong.

Quick delivery

The overall experiemce up to this point was fantastic. I purchased my Neptune 4 max from the official site, it arrived quickly and worked perfectly. A user error occured and cuatomer service was once again excellent in resolving the issue. However my second purchase of 2 extruders to have as back ups and 1 to repair my machibe with has been thoroughly dissapointing. The courier for the last mile service has terrible communication and no updates. Also reviews from other sources indicate very poor service by them also. I have not been able to use my machine since february 21 and as of writing this it is now february 27 and i am still without my parcel

Discount code i had for filament did not work on this purchase.
Fedex tracking did not work, so had no definative time for .

Even though it was “open box/used” the printer worked 100% on the sample Budda , very happy 😊

purchased the carbon 2. printer was supposed to support a wide variety of filaments out of the box. I was having an issue with a certain type of filament and contacted support. support proceeded to tell me there is an issue with that one and I would need to purchase additional accessories to be able to print with that type. TPU does not work in this printer.

I ordered a neptune 4 pro, used, like new. It arrived well packaged in the original carton, looking unopened at all.
Everything was where it should be, in perfect condition. If this was ever used, it was not much. I highly recommend buying from Elegoo directly, they deliver what they promise.
The printer works great, very happy with it.

This is our very first printer and it has been an amazing experience so far. Really easy to use....lots to learn with so many features

Shipping took a long time. Over 2 weeks. I had no idea it was coming directly from China and there was no mention of estimated delivery times.

The printer arrived in good condition but was missing a few small accessories and no manuals or literature of any kind was included.

I set up the machine, had a few successful test prints and then started printing a larger project.

Several hours into the printing the machine stopped moving on the Y axis and ruined the print. I spent quite some time troubleshooting the machine before I realized it was the controller board that had failed.

Less than 8 hours working time and the main board failed.

Order a part 10 days ago, paid $20 for shipping. There have been absolutely no information on whether the Item has shipped or not. I even added it to the shop app that they recommend and the information is still just “waiting for details” so I still have no idea of the item is coming or not…

Good product if somewhat overengineered. Replacing components can be time-consuming, but it works well. Support is excellent but slow. Very polite and helpful.
