i definitely recommend these guys. they fixed my centauri print head when i did a boneheaded move while being in too much pain to not rush and i fried my print head circuit board. i told them how dumb i was and they just helped me get my machine back up and running. simple things like that make me a loyal customer. also pay later plans are sweet when you're too disabled to matter as a human being! now i got the centuari 2 too!

as the title said, ordered a used printer, worked perfectly out of best alot better than my other printers have. Will 100% be using elegoo products again

Maybe improve your shipping before asking me to rate the products. I'd like to give the products a rating but they haven't arrived yet.

I installed the extruder assembly and when I turned the printer back on, I immediately got an error indicating a short. Elegoo will not accept a return, replace the assembly or explain how to fix the issue. Waste of money and time. Should have just scrapped the printer and bought another printer from a different company.

The elegoo centauri carbon printer is working mostly okay, the wifi won’t connect to the elegoo slicer unless I power off the router and 15 seconds later power back on. I need to use a usb stick to transfer the files, both the router and printer in the same room, 12 feet apart, line of sight.The hot ends are so/so seem to need to be replaced more often than I think should be necessary, not very robust. Over all considering the cost an okay machine with consumables cost associated with it.

Very fast shipping, I was lucky to get my printer the next day. Some accessories took a bit longer.

I'm fortunate that there's an Elegoo Distributor about 45 minutes away from me, so whenever I order from the website I get my items relatively quickly.

However, on my last order, it was said that I would receive a gift for purchasing within a certain time frame. To my knowledge I never received that gift, and it's been approximately 3 weeks since purchase.

Have a Neptune 3 pro and a mars 5 ultra. And a vast assortment of filament and resin. Love the fast local shipping and the over all quality of the product all this while keeping things at a reasonable price point keeps me coming back.

Only ever had one issue with a spool of white filament being very under spec you shipped a replacement with only a few pictures and no grief.

I was after a matte PETG. I tried all sorts of settings with basic PETG but nothing was close. However, Elegoo's PETG-CF is amazing. It took a bit of tweaking in addition to a 0.6 hardened nozzle upgrade, but I am very impressed with the final results. I am also impressed with the delivery - three days and it was on my doorstep! Fabulous.

Information on U-Tube is what sold me on the Elegoo Centauri Carbon printer. I looked at the software first watched reviews on it as well. The auto setting and user interface is fantastic. Every setting (there are lots) link immediately to a website pop up. The design and functionality is very well made. For a first time printer with a hardened tip you cannot go wrong. If your newto 3d printer the Elegoo products will get you in keep you going for a while.

The Elegoo web site was easy to navigate. It was simple to find detailed information about each printer model, including specifications, and materials supported. The ordering process was straightforward, with transparent pricing and clear shipping information. I received the printer just few days after I ordered it. I have printed few projects already and I'm very impressed with the quality and the results. Thank you.

I tried to change the nozzle on my Neptune 4 max. I then found that a common mistake I made with the wrench movement ripped the thermidor wires out. After touching each other the board fried. Had it for a day then I bricked it. I even followed the guide. It is just that easy to mess up. Looks beautiful. I may decide to fix it in a few weeks when I am less irritated.

Constant z stepping needed hot end ends up dragging print off bed without persisted adjustments. Truly unhappy with this machine. Immediate wear and tear is evident on the machine, the wheels turn into dust. It’s my 4th printer but first elegoo and I’m very disappointed.

I bought the Elegoo Centauri Carbon as my first 3D printer.
I was able to get printing within 30 minutes of opening the box. The packaging was fantastic, they used very good quality foam that ensured that the printer arrived in perfect shape.

I started by just downloading free models and printing them, but I have since started using TinkerCad to create some custom parts. I know that TinkerCad is not the most powerful modeling software option, but it's easy to use and free.

I've been able to print several useful items in the first week, even the wife approves :)

elegoo printers are so easy to set up. i had the whole thing up and running in less than 2 hours.

Every order I’ve placed has been delivered within a week and what’s in the box is accurate to my order. The filament has been working great for me all the time, no clogs/knots from my first order.
