Ordered rose and it came navy blue I didn’t realise until Christmas morning as I thought it was in a bag!!! Bunting never arrived! Really really disappointed

Placed an order on the 2nd August for a teepee. Got an email confirmation of my order, said delivery with 3-4 business days. Still not received my delivery and they do not respond to any emails , tried contacting via social media and their contact us page. Still no joy. About to contact my card issuer to claim a refund back from then

I discovered Cabanakids when I was searching online for a traditional style tent for my young grandson who loves to play at camping. The Lillie tent looked perfect so I decided to order one. The ordering process was straightforward, I was notified when delivery would be made and the goods arrived promptly and within the specified timeframe.
The tent was easy to assemble; it has solid wooden poles that fit together to make the A-frame then the fabric fits over the top, securing to the frame by several ties at the bottom. It all appears to be sturdy and well made and the very practical design means that it can easily be taken down and packed away in the accompanying storage bag. The tent is a good size, larger than I expected, and the overall look is fantastic. I'm very pleased with my purchase and know that it will provide hours of fun for quite some time. I would happily recommend the company and would not hesitate to order from them again.

We received the parcel which was well wrapped so protected the items inside. A quick turnround from the time we ordered online to the time it was delivered to our door.

Disappointed that second order took so long but reason, which I totally accepted, was given for delay.
Communication and tone of communication excellent and very prompt.

Fantastic service. I needed a fast delivery and when express delivery was not available online for the product I ordered, I filled in the contact form on the website to enquire. The form said they would aim to respond within 24-48 hours but in fact I received a response in about 10 minutes. Express delivery was sorted out and I received my order the next working day. I bought the Hettie Teepee as a present for my friends’ daughter’s birthday and the tent is gorgeous and the little girl loves it!

Prompt delivery, beautiful teepee at a great price! Best birthday present for my 2 year old (and his nearly 6 year old brother)! Definitely recommend double checking measurements though, Hettie is a big girl :)

The item was purchased as a Christmas gift for our grandchild.

The item arrived as stated and was well packed.

Delivery was on time and instructions were carried out. Courier was polite and I’m sure teepee will delight my grandchildren when they open it at Christmas.

Super duper speedy delivery. Tent was one of the sample sale, but honestly I can’t tell what the quality issue is (only struggle was having to hammer a couple of the metal corners onto the wood). One minor request was wishing the instructions would say which way round the hinges should go as I managed to do this the wrong way round and had a bit of a battle removing a few of the metal corners.

Anyhow, super fast delivery, great quality and as described.

I bought one of the outlet tents and it’s great quality and value.

The tent is absolutely gorgeous - really well made, a great size and full of charm.

The company were also very quick to respond to my initial questions and the tent arrived within two days of purchase.

Awesome product. I bought one of the ‘B grade’ tents from the outlet and was very pleased with it. I had to do a bit of work to get the wooden posts to fit into the metal brackets (the bevel cut was slightly off - hence it being a B grade) but the rest of the tent was perfect, and I fully expected there to be some work required. Would recommend!

This is a great little tent, and we really like the canvas and wood construction. We chose it because of the materials used, the protection from UV rays, and because it can be used indoors and outdoors. The assembly procedure is simple and straightforward but we did, however, have some trouble putting it together because of inaccuracies in the manufacture of the wooden pieces and metal brackets (one would assume they'd all be exactly the same shape but they weren't): they didn't all fit neatly together and required some re-finishing to make the operation easier.
