Paid $19 for four hinges. They didn't fit my project. Refund would be $1.65. Will never order from them again.

WOW! What a surprise! I got my order from Cabinet Parts, and the delivery company tore open and retaped the shipping box. I opened the box, and nothing was damaged (great workmanship). Obviously, this has happened before because the small parts to assemble the shelf were stapled to the instructions, so no parts were lost in shipping. I highly recommend Cabinet Parts when ordering kitchen parts.

I've bought many cabinet slides and other hardware from CabinetParts over the last couple years. All of it was high quality, good known brands. Their prices are fair and they ship very quickly. I'll use them again.

I’m sure the stuff I ordered is fine because it’s all from a reputable brand that I use exclusively. I thought I’d try out this place as an alternative to Amazon. Well here we are day 7 with no merchandise. I was charged a fair amount for shipping and haven’t received in an ample amount of time. I guess as bad as I hate too my next big order will be coming from amazon that was the same price and free shipping. Sorry I really wanted to use cabinet parts.com exclusively as a one stop shop for my needs. I build 2-4 kitchens a year as a side gig so they won’t be out much anyway.

Order all of my slides and hinges from CabinetParts. Delivery is always prompt and items in perfect order. Had one issue where I ordered the wrong items and CabinetParts worked with me to resolve the issue.

They had a hard to find part, mounting plate for a hinge. It was a perfect fit. I ordered extras for the future. They shipped immediately. Would definitely order from again

They had a hard to find part. It was very reasonably priced. It shipped and it was delivered when they said it would be. A long, thin part could have been easily bent or otherwise damaged in shipping, but it was well packed and arrived perfect. I cannot find anything to ding them on, they did great.

I needed 2 old, hard to find Blum hinges. Got the hinge and mounting plate part numbers from Blum and ordered here. Parts in stock, shipped within hours and arrived within 24 hours of me placing the order! Installed within minutes, perfect! Cannot beat that!

From the first conversation I had with Sherry @ CabinetParts.com it was clear I was dealing with someone who placed a high value on customer service. Since this was going to be my first time ordering with CP.com I had several questions which she patiently and accurately answered. She went above and beyond to make sure my question were fully answered. She helped me navigate the site to find exactly what I needed and never once made me feel rushed or as if she wanted the call to end. Unfortunately in many companies customer service is no longer a priority but clearly CP.Com hired a gem when they hired Sherry. If the products turn out to be half as good as her service was they will have me as a lifelong customer.

I placed two separate orders for Blum undermount drawer slides and they both arrived with the plastic rear adjuster broken off the left slide.

Back in 2004, I purchased kitchen cabinets for my remodel. At the time, I did not choose soft-close hinges on my cabinet doors. My wife has a tendency to left the doors fly close, making a bang that is annoying. I opted for Blum soft-close accessory (from CabinetParts.com), which worked great. More recently, the door where my trash can is located the door was not closing completely. At first I thought it was the soft-close accessory. But it was not, the hinge itself was causing the problem. Getting an old part number on the hinge and researching the Internet, I found that CabinetParts.com had something. I order from the website, (very easy) and the hinges arrived a few days latter. Three screws on each hinge, the fit perfect and now a nice soft-close door.

Good need to update shipping ap but hinge looks better than hinge replaced

I liked that they had the draw slides I wa ted. I received the draw slides very fast, sooner then I expected. Very happy with the process.

Paid for 2-4 day shipping and our items didn’t ship for a week, then took another 6 days to get here. We also never got a confirmation email and had no idea where the parts were until we called and got the order number. Very disappointing, we will never order from cabinetparts again

Website was easy to navigate. They offered a 27 Quart Double Wood Bottom Mount Soft-Close Trash Pull-Out Waste Container. One of the few that would fit my existing cabinet. I also received discounts. Very quick shipment, good quality and after adjustments to my cabinet, easy to install. Very happy with my purchase.

I was able to find the replacement hinges I needed. Even though the hinge I was trying to replace was discontinued, Sherry, the online assistant, guided me to the correct replacement hinge for our cabinets. Staff seems to very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

My trash/recycle slide out couldn't handle much weight. Its all wood and heavy with the cabinet face attached too. I tried slides from box stores. No more than 25 lbs ratings available. Fixed it twice with sub-par slides. Still couldn't handle much weight, especially trying to gently push trash down. Not any more. Total over kill with 150 lb rated slides, but... I'm done. Its fixed, works well and probably can be used a seat!!
