Not Plug-and-Play!
The conference phone purchased would not work on the Vodafone VDSL (just installed).
We spent 2 hours of calls to Cackle and Vodafone before it was identified that we need an adapter.
I would of assumed (hoped) that in this day and age that it would of been simple 'plug and play'.
Nor was this questioned or highlighted during the purchase.
We are still waiting for the adapter and so still waiting to see if it actually works.

Phone Headset Purchase
Purchased a phone headset and it arrived within 24 hours. Had a go at setting it up, but could not get it to work. Rang Cackle and they returned my call within an hour, and guided me through changing some of the menu settings inside the phone. Everything has worked properly since.

Very responsive service
Very responsive service. Had a little trouble with the website as I chose to pay by credit card but it went directly to sending out an invoice to pay later and couldn't go back to make a change. However, very speedy response via email to remedy this and take payment.
